    摘要: Disclosed herein is a device (such as guidewire inserter) for easily and certainly inserting a medical long item having a curved tip into a tube such as catheter and sheath. The guidewire inserter is a tubular member having therein a bore for passage of a guidewire. The tubular member has a slit cutting across the wall thereof over the total length thereof. The tubular member has at the proximal end thereof an aperture, which results from the slit expanding toward the proximal end. The tubular member has at the proximal end of the aperture an open part and a connecting part adjacent thereto for the holder tube. There are a pair of wing-like protruded pieces projecting in the mutually opposite directions at both sides of the open part. The distal end of the tubular member has on its outer surface a pair of protruded rims, which project in the mutually opposite directions with respect to the central axis of the tubular member. When the distal end of the tubular member is connected by insertion into the bore at the proximal end of the tube, such as sheath, the protruded rims come into contact with the inside of the hub.

    摘要: A method for patterning an insulative layer with high precision to accommodate the pitch reduction of wiring conductors and forming insulating layers that are superior in insulation performance, migration resistance, etc. is disclosed. According to the method, there are provided a first step of forming a pattern having openings on a surface by using a high resolution material, a second step of forming an insulating layer of a reliable second insulating material in spaces between the residual first resist material and a third step of removing the residual resist material. The pattern formation is preferably performed by using an ultraviolet-curable resin, to form a precision pattern. Since a highly reliable, thermosetting resin remains on the substrate in an actual product, superior properties of migration resistance and adhesiveness with the substrate can be obtained.

    摘要: A percussion hammer for a tool includes a rotational drive source. A motion converting mechanism is connected to the rotational drive source for convening rotational movement of the rotational drive source into reciprocating movement. A striking mechanism is connected to the motion converting mechanism, and has a drive cylinder. A rotation transmitting mechanism is operative for transmitting rotational movement from the rotational drive source to the tool. A drive wheel is connected to the rotational drive source, and extends around the drive cylinder. A coupling member is connected to the drive cylinder, and extends around the drive cylinder. The coupling member is movable in a percussion axis direction. A movable adjustment member is connected to the coupling member for selectively connecting and disconnecting the coupling member to and from the drive wheel. Teeth are formed on an outer circumferential surface of the drive cylinder. A casing has an inner circumferential surface formed with a projection or a recess extending in the percussion axis direction. A sleeve has an outer circumferential portion which mates in shape with the projection or the recess of the casing. The sleeve engages the casing via the projection or the recess of the casing, and is movable in the percussion axis direction. Teeth are formed on the sleeve, and mate in shape with the teeth on the drive cylinder. The adjustment member is connected to the sleeve for selectively moving the teeth on the sleeve into and out of engagement with the teeth on the drive cylinder.

    摘要: The hollow fiber type blood processing apparatus of the present invention comprises a housing, a bundle of hollow fibers which consists of a great number of hollow fibers for processing blood and is housed in the housing, an inlet and an outlet of a blood processing liquid which are provided near each end of the housing, partitions which secure each end of the bundle of hollow fibers to each end of the housing, an entrance blood port which has a blood inlet and is attached to one end of the housing, and an exit blood port which has a blood outlet and is attached to the other end of the housing, wherein the two blood ports have each an annular groove at the peripheral area of their inside surface and an annular elastic member conjoined in the annular groove by molding, the annular elastic members have each an annular elastic rib extended out of the annular groove, and the blood ports are attached to the housing with their annular elastic member pressed to the corresponding partition and the annular elastic rib of the annular elastic member pinched between the partition and the annular rib which defines the radially inner side of the annular groove of each blood port.
