    摘要: A copper base alloy for terminals that is superior in all aspects of tensile strength, spring limits, conductivity, and stress relaxation characteristics can be produced by a process repeating the cycles consisting of hot-rolling, cold-rolling and annealing, in which process an ingot is prepared by melting and casting an alloy containing 1.0-3.0 wt % Ni, 0.02-0.15 wt % P. 0.5-2.0 wt. % Sn and, as an optional component, 0.01-2.0 wt % Zn, with the balance being Cu and incidental impurities, and with the ratio of weight percentages of Ni to P being within the range of 10-50%.

    摘要: Electric and electronic parts, including leadframes made of a copper-based alloy having high strength and high electric conductivity said copper-based alloy is produced by a process which comprises the steps of preparing a copper-based alloy consisting essentially of 0.01-3.0 wt % Co and 0.01-0.5 wt % P with the balance being Cu and incidental impurities, quenching said alloy from a temperature not lower than 750.degree. C. down to 450.degree. C. and below at a cooling rate of at least 1.degree. C./sec, heat treating the quenched alloy at a temperature of 480.degree.-600.degree. C. for 30-600 minutes, cold working said alloy for a working ratio of 20-80%, further heat treating the alloy at a temperature of 440.degree.-470.degree. C. for 30-600 minutes, and subsequently performing cold working for a working ratio of at least 50% and heat treatment at 380.degree. C. and below. The electric and electronic parts preferably contain a plurality of conductive leads.

    摘要: A copper alloy obtained by preparing a blank of an alloy that consists of 1.0-3.0% Ni, 0.5-1.5% Ti (the ratio of Ni/Ti in weight percent being in the range of 1-3), 0.1-2.0% Zn, 0.01-0.5% Mg, no more than 50 ppm of oxygen, and the balance being Cu and incidental impurities, all percents being on a weight basis; and reducing the thickness thereof to the final value by cold rolling, wherein at least one cycle of solution heat-treatment is applied at a temperature of not lower than 900.degree. C., followed by quenching with water with no more than 50% reduction in plate thickness being attained to the final value subsequent to the final solution heat-treatment, and at least one cycle of aging treatment is applied at a temperature of 500.degree.-600.degree. C. for a period of 5-720 minutes at a stage during the period from the final solution heat-treatment to the cold rolling effected to attain the final plate thickness, has high strength, high elasticity and good electrical conductivity and exhibits good bending properties, high reliability in plating and high resistance to stress relaxation and, therefore, is suitable for use in terminals in wiring harnesses installed in electrical automotive parts.

    摘要: A pair of scissors with comb comprises a first blade having an edge, a second blade openably and closably supported together with the first blade and having an edge and a comb member attached to the first blade. The comb member is provided with a plurality of comb tooth groups with different characteristics from each other. The comb member is attached to and detached from the first blade. The mounting state of each comb tooth group is changed with respect to the first blade, whereby, for example, an extending direction of the comb tooth group is changed based on differences in the direction of eyebrows so that each comb tooth group can be used properly. Since an extending direction of a comb tooth of each comb tooth group inclines, the scissors with comb can be rendered convenient when eyebrows are trimmed.
