A resonator includes a CMOS substrate having a first electrode and a second electrode. The CMOS substrate is configured to provide one or more control signals to the first electrode. The resonator also includes a resonator structure including a silicon material layer. The resonator structure is coupled to the CMOS substrate and configured to resonate in response to the one or more control signals.

A method for determining the state of an entire network, including state of applications and infrastructure includes receiving network control messages in an OpenFlow network; passing normal network control messages through FlowSense, a control plane middleware, and constructing from the network control messages an application level connectivity graph to infer network delay between any two communicating server in the network and estimating an application response time of a given server in the network, the FlowSense including a network utilization procedure for computing the utilization of each link in the network derived from using captured messages triggered by switches when flow entries expire and providing state of the network for enabling intelligent detection and diagnosis of infrastructure and application performance.

Embodiments of present invention disclose a system and a method for determining a result of a function applied to a first vector and a second vector, wherein the function is a normalized sum-type function. The first vector is stored at a first processor, and the second vector is stored at a second processor. The system and the method determine a joint empirical probability distribution (JEPD) of the first vector and the second vector using a secure multi-party computation. The function is determined as a normalized summation of products of values of the JEPD with corresponding values of the function.

A method of performing overlay error correction includes forming a photoresist layer over a substrate and exposing a first set of apertures to incident radiation. The method also includes determining an overlay error associated with the first set of apertures and determining an overlay correction as a function of the determined overlay error. The method further includes exposing a data area and a second set of apertures. The data area and the second set of apertures are exposed based, in part, on the determined overlay correction. Moreover, the method includes verifying the determined overlay correction.

The device comprising a processor scalable in voltage, frequency, or both; a switch for selecting one of a plurality of output modes of the device; and a controller for controlling the processor to decode input joint/MS stereo mode encoded audio data representing said audio clip based on the selected output mode; wherein each output mode defines a number, m, of subbands of an M channel and a number, s, of subbands of an S channel of the joint/MS stereo mode encoded data; and the controller controls the processor to decode and store only data from the m and s subbands for playback.

The invention provides the mutants and coding genes of trichosanthin (TCS). The mutants thereof are the TCS mutants with the single or double alternation of tyrosine-55 and aspartate-78 (counted from N-terminus), wherein the tyrosine-55 is mutated to an aliphatic amino acid and aspartate-78 is mutated to an amino acid with low hydrophilicity. This invention also relates to the application of TCS mutants and their coding genes in the drug development to treat carcinoma, AIDS and other diseases.
