摘要： Provided is a motor for an electric power steering apparatus, in which vibrations and noises are suppressed. The motor for an electric power steering apparatus includes: a motor section (1) for outputting an assist torque to a handle of a vehicle; and a controller (2) for controlling driving of the motor section (1). The motor section (1) includes: a rotor (14, 14A) having P poles; and a stator (15, 15A) provided so as to surround the rotor (14, 14A), the stator including: a stator core (23) provided with n slots formed thereon and housed in a frame (4); and three-phase stator windings (25) wound around the slots (22). The controller (2) is provided between a boss (18) and the motor section (1) so as to surround the output shaft (12).

摘要： A rotary electric machine according to the present invention includes a stator having a connection member forming a three phase delta connection by coil windings. In the rotary electric machine, the connection member is composed of an insulating annular groove portion formed with double annular grooves and a first, a second, and a third annular conductive members, the annular conductive members being attached by insertion into the insulating annular groove portion; the insulating annular groove portion is formed with double grooves of one and the other, and both the grooves are connected via one window portion; the respective annular conductive members are each formed in a circular arc shape and provided with a plurality of arm portions extended outward in the radial direction of the stator, the plurality of arm portions being connected to coil end portions of the coil windings respectively; the first annular conductive member and the second annular conductive member are attached by insertion into different grooves of the insulating annular groove portion, are overlapped at a part of opened sections where a circular arc is not present, are in a positional relationship in which both annular conductive members are opened, and are attached by insertion so that the window portion is disposed at the position where both annular conductive members are opened; and the third annular conductive member is made such that a portion to be attached by insertion into one groove and a portion to be attached by insertion into the other groove are attached by insertion into the insulating annular groove portion via the window portion.

摘要： A resolver reference position adjustment method is capable of minimizing a detection error in the rotation angle of a rotor of a motor. In the resolver reference position adjustment method in which a reference position of a resolver of an axial double angle n mounted on an end of a shaft, to which the rotor of the motor is fixedly attached, for detecting rotation angles of the rotor is adjusted with respect to the rotor, the reference position of the resolver is adjusted by using the rotation angles of the rotor at a first point and at a second point, respectively, which are positions of the rotor apart an angle of (mechanical angle 180/axial double angle n) degrees from each other.

摘要： A rotating electric machine which includes: a stator having a stator core fixed inside a bottomed frame and a stator winding wound around the stator core; a bracket fixed to an opening side of the frame; a rotor having a shaft penetrating the bracket and rotatably supported by a bracket side bearing and by a frame side bearing, the rotor being arranged inside the stator core interposing a gap therebetween; a respective phase lead wire electrically connected to the stator winding and led out from the bracket; a rotation sensor that detects a rotational position of the rotor; and a sensor signal wire connected to the rotation sensor and led out from the bracket. A front end portion of the respective phase lead wire is introduced to inside the bracket from outside an opening portion provided at the bracket, thereby electrically connecting to the stator winding.
