    摘要: A release film that can be used as a carrier film for a green sheet used in a laminated ceramic capacitor is provided. The release film includes a base material having both major surfaces, a releasing agent layer provided on one major surface of the base material, and an antistatic layer provided on the other major surface of the base material, wherein the releasing agent layer and the antistatic layer are mainly composed of the same material, and when the surface roughness of the outer surface of the releasing agent layer is defined as Ra1 [nm] and the surface roughness of the outer surface of the antistatic layer is defined as Ra2 [nm], the relations of Ra1≦15 and Ra1≦Ra2 are satisfied. The release film is capable of preventing occurrence of blocking when being wound in a rolled form for storage and generation of static electricity when being unwound.

    摘要: A double-faced pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet used for electronic components is provided. The double-faced pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprises a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer; a first release sheet including at least a first release agent layer attached to one surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer; and a second release sheet including at least a second release agent layer attached to the other surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The first release agent layer is mainly constituted of an olefin-based resin and the second release agent layer is mainly constituted of a diene-based polymer material. When an peeling force of the first release sheet with respect to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is defined as “X” [mN/20 mm] and an peeling force of the second release sheet with respect to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is defined as “Y” [mN/20 mm], the following relation is satisfied: Y−X≧50. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the first release agent layer and the second release layer contain substantially no silicone compound and substantially no halogen compound.

    摘要: An acrylic resin type release agent composition comprising (A) a polymer which comprises a (meth)acrylate containing a constituent unit represented by the following formula (1) and (B) a crosslinking agent which comprises an amino resin, wherein a weight ratio (A)/(B) is in the range of 99.99/0.1 to 30/70: wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, and R2 is a long-chain alkyl group of 12 to 28 carbon atoms. Also described herein is a release liner having a release layer made of the release agent composition.
