    摘要: There are disclosed a protective film for optical disks which comprises a light transmittable substrate film and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer formed on one side thereof, wherein the difference in refractive index between the light transmittable substrate film and the pressure sensitive adhesive layer is at most 0.08 and a gel fraction of the pressure sensitive adhesive layer is at least 65% by mass; and an optical disk in which the protective film is stuck onto an information recording layer via the pressure sensitive adhesive layer. The protective film for optical disks is used for the purpose of protecting the information recording layer for optical disks, particularly Blu-ray Discs, and is characterized in that it never exerts adverse influence on the recording characteristics of optical disks and besides, is capable of suppressing the corrosion of the metallic reflection film and information recording layer for optical disks. The above optical disk is highly reliable, and never brings about hindrance to the information recording and reproducing function.

The double-faced pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprises a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer; a first release sheet including at least a first release agent layer attached to one surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer; and a second release sheet including at least a second release agent layer attached to the other surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The first release agent layer is mainly constituted of an olefin-based resin and the second release agent layer is mainly constituted of a diene-based polymer material. When an peeling force of the first release sheet with respect to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is defined as “X” [mN/20 mm] and an peeling force of the second release sheet with respect to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is defined as “Y” [mN/20 mm], the following relation is satisfied: Y−X≧50. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the first release agent layer and the second release layer contain substantially no silicone compound and substantially no halogen compound.

    摘要: A curable pressure sensitive adhesive composition is made to contain a polymer-containing energy rays-curable component and fine particles having an average particle diameter of not more than 30 nm, wherein the solid content of the fine particles is made to be from 5 to 60 wt %. A stamper-receiving layer or a curable pressure sensitive adhesive layer for bonding a protective layer is formed using this curable pressure sensitive adhesive composition, thus producing an optical disk producing sheet. This optical disk producing sheet has a low volume shrinkage rate upon curing, and has excellent adhesiveness. If this optical disk producing sheet is used, then an optical disk having little warping and excellent inter-layer adhesion can be obtained.
