    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method and device for reducing complexity of channel quantization. The method comprises: determining, on the basis of whether a measurement feedback parameter configured by a channel state information (CSI) process satisfies a predetermined condition, a CSI report time-domain position and a time interval requirement parameter Nrpt-ref for a CSI reference resource time-domain position, or determining a CSI trigger time-domain position and a time interval requirement parameter Nrpt-ref for a CSI reference resource time-domain position; determining, according to the determined time interval requirement parameter Nrpt-ref and the CSI report time-domain position, the CSI reference resource time-domain position, or determining, according to the determined time interval requirement parameter Nrpt-ref and the CSI trigger time-domain position, the CSI reference resource time-domain position; and performing CSI quantization according to the determined CSI reference resource time-domain position.

    Abstract: Provided is a reference signal transmission method and device. The method includes that a base station transmits indication information to a UE through a downlink control signaling or a higher layer signaling, where the indication information includes one of: information indicating that the UE transmits a reference signal, information indicating whether the reference signal is contained in a physical downlink shared channel or a physical downlink control channel, or information indicating a transmission mode of a downlink reference signal or an uplink reference signal; or the base station pre-defines with the UE a time-frequency resource or a parameter set required by the UE or the base station to transmit the reference signal, where the time-frequency resource or the parameter set includes at least one of: a time domain symbol position, a frequency domain position, a transmission period and a subframe offset, a type of a reference signal sequence or an orthogonal mask. This solves the problem in the existing art of how to properly place a reference signal on time-frequency resources and trigger a signaling correspondingly.

    Abstract: A method and a system for controlling signaling connection between a network and a terminal are disclosed. The method includes: an MME judges whether the number of times of a terminal receiving and transmitting data in a predetermined statistical period reaches a predetermined times threshold, and if a judgment result is yes, determining that the terminal has entered a state of receiving and transmitting data frequently; the MME maintains signaling connection with the terminal; a PGW judges whether the number of times of the terminal receiving and transmitting in a predetermined lag period is less than the times threshold, and if yes, determines that the terminal has exited the state of receiving and transmitting data frequently. The disclosure prevents frequent switching between a connected mode and an idle mode of the terminal.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a system for retrieving an EID of a terminal, comprising a Machine Type Communications (MTC) server, a processor of the MTC serbver is configured to be capable of executing programmed instructions comprising: storing a corresponding relationship between an EID of a terminal and a Reference Number (RN) of the EID of the terminal; and when a terminal responds to a trigger request from a Machine Type Communications (MTC) server, retrieving an EID of the terminal which corresponds to an RN according to the RN of the EID of the terminal and the corresponding relationship. By employing the system, the network side can retrieve the EID of the terminal, and use a correct EID to respond to a terminal trigger request from an MTC server.
