    Abstract: In one implementation, we improve the binary voxel-based octree coding method, via a proposed state summarization module for context modeling. Given a current voxel to be encoded or decoded, instead of directly estimating its occupancy probability based on the associated binary occupancy context, a proposed state summarization module is applied to convert the original binary context to a summarized representation. Under the summarized representation, the estimation of the occupancy probability becomes more affordable and effective. In particular, density-based state summarization, pattern-based, learning-based state summarization, and learning-based state summarization methods are provided.

    Abstract: Methods, apparatus and systems are disclosed. In one representative method, a wireless transmit and receive unit (WTRU) may receive information associated with one or more configured grants (CGs), may select a first CG corresponding to a first CG configuration, and may transmit, on a CG occasion associated with the first CG, a transport block (TB) using resources associated with the first CG. The WTRU may also start a CG timer for the first CG responsive to a transmission of the TB, and receive a HARQ Acknowledgement (ACK) indication indicating a HARQ-ACK feedback value and associated with a HARQ Process ID (PID) in Downlink Feedback Information (DFI) of Downlink Control Information (DCI). In this representative method, after reception of the HARQ ACK indication and on condition that a HARQ-ACK feedback value is equal to ACK, the WTRU may stop the CG timer and may flush a HARQ buffer associated with the HARQ PID.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices for efficient and robust handling of acknowledgements in new radio unlicensed bands (NR-U) environments. A wireless transmit receive unit (WTRU) may receive control information and a data transmission from a gNB in a first interval (i.e., transport block or channel occupancy time), wherein the control information may include an indication of uplink resources. The data transmission may require some sort of acknowledgement (i.e., HARQ feedback). The WTRU may attempt to transmit the acknowledgement in the indicated uplink resources, but the gNB may not receive the acknowledgement. The WTRU may receive control information and a data transmission from the gNB in a second interval, including an indication to aggregate any previously unsuccessful acknowledgement transmissions. The WTRU may transmit an aggregated acknowledgement including previous unsuccessful acknowledgements and any additional acknowledgements from the current interval. In some cases, look-before-talk procedures may be used.

    Abstract: Methods for transmitting and receiving enhanced broadcast transmissions are provided herein. A method performed by a receiving station (STA) may include receiving, from a transmitting STA, a frame including a broadcast service element The broadcast service element includes one or more fields associated with enhanced broadcast service (eBCS) traffic streams that may be provided by the STA. At least one of the fields comprises an identifier associated with eBCS traffic streams, a field indicating whether negotiation with the transmitting STA is required to receive data of the eBCS traffic streams, and scheduling information for receiving a broadcast transmission including the data of the eBCS traffic streams. The method includes receiving, based on the scheduling information, the broadcast transmission including the identifier associated with the eBCS traffic streams and data of the eBCS traffic streams.
