    摘要: Analysis system for determining an analyte in a body fluid is presented. The system comprises a reusable analysis instrument and a magazine having a plurality of integrated sample acquisition and analyzing elements. Each element comprises a puncturing element and an analyzing element. A coupling unit couples the integrated sample acquisition and analyzing element to a drive. The magazine comprises a housing having a plurality of elongate neighboring chambers separated by two side walls running in a longitudinal. The chambers contain the integrated sample acquisition and analyzing element. The chambers have an exit opening allowing for the at least partial exiting of the puncturing element. The chambers of the magazine are accessible to a coupling element that can be formfitting coupled to the coupling structure of the puncturing element, when the puncturing element is in the chamber of the magazine and the magazine is located in a holder.

The analytic aids can be made available in an application position of the magazine by means of the carrier tape. The magazine has a supply reel for holding regions of the carrier tape with unused analytic aids and a take-up reel for holding regions of the carrier tape with used-up analytic aids. The carrier tape can be moved in a spooling direction from the supply reel to the take-up reel. The magazine has a rewind lock of the take-up reel. The magazine has a tape release device, which is configured to make available a take-up reel tape reserve of the carrier tape on the side of the application position facing the take-up reel. The take-up reel tape reserve enables a lifting movement of an analytic aid situated in the application position.

In one aspect, the present invention is directed to devices and methods for receiving or extracting blood from a subject, e.g., from the skin and/or from beneath the skin, using devices containing a substance transfer component (for example, one or more needles or microneedles) and a reduced pressure or vacuum chamber having an internal pressure less than atmospheric pressure prior to receiving blood. In some embodiments, the device may contain a “snap dome” or other deformable structure, which may be used, at least in part, to urge or move needles or other suitable substance transfer components into the skin of a subject. In some cases, for example, the device may contain a flexible concave member and a needle mechanically coupled to the flexible concave member.

The sensor module includes an analysis cell and a skin piercing member. The electrode arrangement generates an electrical signal when exposed to a fluid sample collected in the analysis cell. The delivery arrangement includes a drug reservoir, a piston chamber, and a valve arrangement providing selective fluid communication between the drug reservoir and the piston chamber. Metering electronics and an actuator can manage collection of fluid samples and/or dispensing of drug doses.
