摘要: The disclosed technology includes an air filter box for filtering particulates from air. The air filter box can include a filter media pack having a filter layer and a plurality of filter media supports configured to support the filter layer. The air filter box can also include a filter housing having an inlet, an outlet, and a plurality of support tabs configured to align and support the filter media pack inside of the filter housing. The filter media pack can be configured to be folded and placed inside of the housing for cooperative engagement with the support tabs. The filter box can be configured to channel a mixture of air and particulates from the inlet, through the filter media pack, and out the outlet to create filtered air.

The oil separation apparatus (70) can increase the oil level of lubricating oil in the compressor (1), reducing disturbance in an oil tank and reducing oil circulation efficiency.

摘要: A filter assembly including: a first filter medium that is bent so that high-point portions and low-point portions defined based on a vertical plane with respect to a first direction are alternately and repeatedly formed in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction; a first filter frame configured to accommodate the first filter medium and to fix an edge side of the first filter medium; a second filter medium that is bent so that the low-point portions and the high-point portions based on the vertical plane with respect to the first direction are alternately and repeatedly formed in the second direction; and a second filter frame configured to accommodate the second filter medium and to fix an edge side of the second filter medium, wherein at least a portion of the high-point portions repeatedly formed in the first filter medium have different heights from those of the other high-point portions, and at least a portion of the low-point portions repeatedly formed in the second filter medium have different heights from those of the other low-point portions, and the first and second filter media are bent in such a way that a first filter medium high-point envelope connecting high points of the first filter medium and a second filter medium low-point envelope connecting low points of the second filter medium correspond to each other when viewed from a cross-section including the first direction and the second direction, and the first and second filter frames are combined with each other so that the first filter medium high-point envelope and the second filter medium low-point envelope face each other.

摘要: A dust collector includes an enclosure and a tube sheet separating filter and clean air compartments. The tube sheet forms a filter opening and a filter is located within the filter compartment and includes a filter flange having an air outlet aligned with said filter opening. The flange includes first and second alignment structures located on a first lateral side of the flange. A clamping assembly includes first and second filter clamps that are movable between a sealing position for sealing the filter flange against the tube sheet, and a release position. The first filter clamp engages the first alignment structure when in the sealing position. The second filter clamp engages the second alignment structure when in the sealing position. The dust collector includes means for moving the filter clamps between the sealing position and the release position.

摘要: A linear compressor includes a compressor body configured to compress a refrigerant. The compressor body includes a cylinder, a discharge valve, a groove, a gas hole, and a flow restrictor. The cylinder receives a piston. The discharge valve is configured to open and close one side of the cylinder and define a compression space for the refrigerant together with the piston. The groove is defined in an outer circumferential surface of the cylinder and into which at least a portion of the refrigerant discharged through the discharge valve is introduced. The gas hole is defined in the groove to pass through the cylinder. The flow restrictor includes twisting wires made of different materials and is disposed to be wound around the groove.

摘要: A filter housing has a first housing part with a first rim section and a second housing part with a second rim section. The housing parts can be joined and separated from each other in axial mounting direction and define a housing interior for a filter element provided with a circumferentially extending sealing element. The first and second rim sections form a receiving area in which the sealing element is seal-tightly clamped radially between the first and second rim sections when the housing parts are joined in the mounted state. A snap connecting device axially braces the first and second housing parts relative to each other. The snap connecting device is formed integrally on the first and second housing parts such that a clamping force applied by the first and second rim sections on the sealing element in radial direction is decoupled from the snap connecting device.
