    Abstract: A varnishing plant comprising: a platform on which a plurality of work stations are defined, each of which is adapted to receive a vehicle, a spray booth movable on the platform and positionable on each of said work stations, and an air supply and extraction system associated with the spray booth, wherein said air supply and extraction system comprises a fresh air intake duct and a polluted air exhaust duct, stationary and communicating with an external environment, wherein the polluted air exhaust duct communicates with air suction volumes located below said platform, wherein said fresh air intake duct has a plurality of openings located at respective work stations, and wherein the spray booth comprises a fresh air suction mouth selectively connectable to the opening located at the work station on which the spray booth is located.

    Abstract: A method and system for treating objects, the objects are conveyed through a treatment cabin and treated in a treatment space. During treatment solvents are released. Cabin air flows through the treatment space, which absorbs solvents and is discharged as process air from the treatment space. At least one proportion of the process air charged with solvent is recycled in the treatment space and at least one proportion of the process air can be discharged as exhaust air. Fresh air is fed to the treatment space, which contributes to the cabin air, such that the cabin air includes a circulating air proportion and a fresh air proportion. The solvent concentration is captured in the cabin air and/or in the process air and/or in the exhaust air and the circulating air proportion and the fresh air proportion of the cabin air are regulated as a function of the captured solvent concentration.

An improved mobile paint booth can comprise a plurality of vertical supports, a base support, a first upper beam, and a second upper beam. The plurality of vertical supports can comprise a corner support at each corner, and a middle support along a first wall. The base support can be substantially in the shape of a “U” that can connect each of the vertical supports. The base of the “U” can be along the bottom of the first wall. The first upper beam that can connect a first set of the corner support and the middle support. The second upper beam that can connect a second set of the corner support.
