摘要: To provide a pneumatic tire in which both low rolling resistance and improvement of noise performance at high-speed driving are sufficiently achieved, it is provided a pneumatic tire having a tread portion and a belt layer, wherein the tread portion is arranged on the outer side of the belt layer in the tire radial direction, the reinforcing cord in the belt layer is composed of cords made of monofilaments in which 50 lines/5 cm or more of the monofilaments are arranged in the tire width direction in the tire radial cross section of the belt layer, and the maximum load capacity of the tire WL (kg) and the weight of the tire WT (kg) satisfy 0.0145≤(WT/WL).

摘要: A pneumatic tire comprises: a carcass layer, a belt layer, and a tread rubber. The belt layer is formed by laminating a pair of cross belts having a belt angle of not less than 10° and not more than 45° in absolute terms and of mutually opposite signs, and a circumferential reinforcing layer having a belt angle within a range of ±5° with respect to the tire circumferential direction. A distance (Gcc) from a tread profile to a tire inner circumference surface along a tire equatorial plane, a distance (Gsh) from a tread end to the tire inner circumference surface, and a distance (Ge) from the tread profile to the tire inner circumference surface at an end portion on the outer side of the circumferential reinforcing layer in the tire width direction have relationships satisfying 1.10≤Gsh/Gcc and 1.00≤Ge/Gcc≤1.10.

摘要: A tire includes a body ply sheet having a rubber core defined by a top surface having a length and a width, a bottom surface having substantially the same length and width, and side surfaces having a common height. The rubber core is further defined by a top rubber layer and a bottom rubber layer. The body ply sheet includes reinforcement cords disposed between the top rubber layer and the bottom rubber layer. The reinforcement cords are spaced 0.1-4.0 mm apart from each other and span the width of the body ply sheet. Bleeder cords are disposed on the body ply sheet and spaced 8-12 cm apart from each other. Conductive cords are also disposed on the body ply and spaced 20-80 cm apart from each other.

摘要: A radial tire includes a crown reinforcement or belt having a lightened belt structure. The lightened belt structure is constructed of a multilayer composite laminate that includes a first layer of rubber that radially surmounts, in a direction Z, two other layers of rubber. The first layer of rubber is reinforced with first reinforcers, which are circumferential heat-shrinkable polyester textile reinforcers. The two other layers of rubber are reinforced with second and third reinforcers, which are monofilaments of high tensile steel. The first reinforcers have a diameter between 0.40 mm and 0.70 mm and a density between 70 and 130 threads/dm, and the second and third reinforcers have a diameter between 0.20 mm and 0.50 mm and a density between 120 and 180 threads/dm.

摘要: A pneumatic tyre for heavy load vehicle wheels, includes: a carcass structure, a belt structure applied in a radially outer position with respect to the carcass structure, and a tread band. The belt structure includes at least one reinforcing layer incorporating a plurality of reinforcing cords arranged substantially along the circumferential direction. The belt structure further comprises a first main belt layer and a second main belt layer wherein the first main belt layer includes a first plurality of metal cords inclined at a first angle and the second main belt layer includes a second plurality of metal cords inclined at a second angle. The metal cords of the first and second plurality of metal cords have a diameter not greater than 1.30 mm, and include a plurality of filaments having a diameter not greater than 0.30 mm.

A tread width TW and a total tire width SW such that 0.79≦TW/SW≦0.89. A width Ws of the circumferential reinforcing layer and a cross-sectional width Wca of the carcass layer such that 0.60≦Ws/Wca≦0.70.
