摘要： A synthetic cover for bulk material piles and loads in transit may be formed from a mixture of liquid, binder, and fibers. These constituents may be mixed and applied to cover a waste pile. The cover will harden to minimize water infiltration, wind blown dust, odor and affinity to birds, flies and other insects. The liquid may include water; the binder may include portland cement, portland cement with flyash, cement kiln dust with or without bentonite, or stone dust. The fibers may comprise shredded paper or wood or plastic fibers.

摘要： A high efficiency waste placement and disposal method for disposing of solid waste in a landfill includes size reducing the solid waste, moisture adjusting the solid waste, placing the solid waste in a preselected geometric form thereby forming a waste pile, coating the exposed portion of the waste pile with a synthetic covering compound comprising a liquid, binder, cellulose fibers, and plastic fibers, biostabilizing the waste pile and compacting the waste pile. The waste is preferably placed in a matshaped stockpile for efficient biostabilization through sufficient aeration and moisture adjustment and compaction.

摘要： A method for hiding from sight and protecting a dumping site containing inflammable and/or bad-looking waste, such as, for example, used tires. The method comprises spreading a covering membrane capable of covering the solid wastes and the gaps existing therebetween over the site or part of it, and subsequently spraying onto covering membrane, from a given distance away from the site, a thin layer of cementitious product or granular soil material to cover the some, the projected or blown product or material being subsequently used, if desired, as a support to convert the site into a landscape. The method can be used in the case of a fire, to cover the site and thus allow the fire to be choked down.
