摘要: An electrical stimulator is provided including: a base wire configured with a core wire and an outer winding wire wound around the core wire with the core wire serving as a winding axis. The core wire is entirely coated by an insulating film, and an annulus is formed by spiraling or looping the base wire. One end of the core wire is electrically connected to one end of the outer winding wire. The other end of the core wire is connected to a first terminal of an external circuit. Further, the other end of the outer winding wire is connected to a second terminal of the external circuit. Thus, the annulus can apply an electrical stimulation to a living body.

摘要: Disclosed herein are systems, devices, and methods for peripheral nerve stimulation. A wearable neuromodulation (e.g., neurostimulation) device can accomplish target nerve stimulation using circumferential electrode configuration, in-line electrode configuration, or concentric electrode configuration. In some embodiments, the electrodes may obtain a self-wetting capability by comprising an antistatic material, which may bloom to the surface of the electrode and serve as a layer of conductive lubricant to improve electrical conductivity between the electrode and skin. In some embodiments, the device may deliver stimulation through the electrodes to induce sweat and the induced sweat may serve as a wetting agent to improve electrical conductivity. In some embodiments, reservoirs capture a user's sweat or hold other wetting agents filled by the user, and the captured sweat and/or other wetting agents may be delivered to the area between the electrode and skin by using capillary action, osmosis, or micropump.

摘要: Various aspects of this disclosure relate to a prosthetic cover comprising an array of sensors, which transmit signals to an array of electrodes in a liner that fits over a residual limb of an amputee. Different interactions with the prosthetic cover cause different activation of the electrodes to transmit electrical current through different areas of the residual limb and modulate neurons differently within the residual limb. Various aspects of this disclosure also relate to a prosthetic liner with a substrate that includes electrodes for transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation and/or electronic muscle stimulation for a residual limb.

An implantable neurostimulation system includes an implantable stimulation lead including a plurality of contacts, and an implantable pulse generator communicatively coupled to the stimulation lead. The pulse generator is configured to generate a pulsed waveform that approximates colored noise using at least one of a thresholding method and an optimization method, and cause stimulation to be delivered by the stimulation lead based on the pulsed waveform.
