    摘要: A hydraulic control valve for an ATV or motorcycle takes hydraulic input from a hand brake lever as an input to a first cavity of the control valve with a movable piston therein, and from a foot brake lever as an input to a second cavity of the control valve with a movable piston therein, with the two pistons being linked. A bypass channel extends around the piston in the first cavity, which is closed off when the first piston moves longitudinally. The output of the first cavity hydraulically controls braking of the front wheel(s). The foot brake lever also pressurizes a direct line to brake the rear wheel(s) that doesn't go through the control valve.

An example rear brake caliper described herein includes a caliper housing to be coupled to the bicycle. The caliper housing includes a first port to be fluidly coupled to a first fluid line fluidly coupled to a front brake actuator and a second port to be fluidly coupled to a second fluid line fluidly coupled to a front brake caliper. The rear brake caliper also includes a valve between the first port and the second port. The valve is operable to affect fluid flow between the first port and the second port.

    摘要: An interlocking brake system structure provides braking force in response to a force caused by operation of brake levers even when disk brakes are used for both front and rear wheel brakes. A saddle riding type vehicle includes an interlocking brake lever on a second handle from among the left handle and the right handle to interlock a front wheel brake device and a rear wheel brake device. An operation force distributor distributes operation force, caused by an operation of the interlocking brake lever, between the front wheel brake device and the rear wheel brake device. An interlocking wire receives and transmits the operation force distributed at the operation force distributor to the front wheel brake device.

    摘要: During control ON of a brake control device, an ECU acquires a front wheel target braking force and a rear wheel target braking force from operation amount-front/rear wheel target braking force characteristics stored in a storage based on a master cylinder pressure detected by a master pressure sensor, and controls an oil pressure unit such that oil pressures corresponding to the acquired front wheel target braking force and rear wheel target braking force are respectively supplied to a front wheel brake and a rear wheel brake. During control OFF of the brake control device, oil pressures generated by a tandem master cylinder are directly supplied to the front wheel brake and the rear wheel brake. Hydraulic pressure control is performed such that operation amount-both wheels target braking force characteristics in a control ON state is equal to operation amount-both wheels target braking characteristics during a control OFF state.
