摘要: A container ship and a layout structure thereof are disclosed. In the layout structure of the container ship of the present invention, an engine room, in which a propulsion engine receiving LNG as fuel is provided, is disposed under a main deck at the stern of the container ship, an LNG storage tank storing the LNG is disposed in a cargo hold adjacent to the engine room, a fuel supply part for receiving the LNG from the LNG storage tank and supplying the LNG to the propulsion engine is disposed right above the LNG storage tank inside the cargo hold, and a void space isolating the LNG storage tank and the fuel supply part from each other is disposed therebetween.

摘要: A vacuum heat-insulating material includes: an outer cover material; and a core material which is sealed in a tightly closed and decompressed state on the inside of the outer cover material. Outer cover material has gas barrier properties and satisfies at least one of a condition that a linear expansion coefficient is 80×10−5/° C. or lower when a static load is 0.05 N within a temperature range of −130° C. to 80° C., inclusive, a condition that an average value of a linear expansion coefficient is 65×10−5/° C. or higher when a static load is 0.4 N within a temperature range of −140° C. to −130° C., inclusive, a condition that an average value of a linear expansion coefficient is 20×10−5/° C. or higher when a static load is 0.4 N within a temperature range of −140° C. to −110° C., inclusive, and a condition that an average value of a linear expansion coefficient is 13×10−5/° C. or higher when a static load is 0.4 N within a temperature range of +50° C. to +65° C., inclusive.

摘要: A fixing device of a first barrier-reinforcing member for supporting first and second corrugated portions that are formed in a first barrier to cross each other in a liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage tank including a heat-insulating board and a first barrier positioned thereon and forming an inner wall, includes: a fixing bracket including a coupling portion fixedly inserted in insertion grooves formed under lateral sides of a crossing portion where the first and second corrugated portions cross, and a body coupled to one side of the coupling portion; and a first fastening member for fastening an impact-absorbing plate between the heat-insulating board and the first barrier with the other side of the body. The reinforcing member is fixed to inner sides of the first and second corrugated portions by the impact-absorbing plate.

摘要: A sealed and thermally insulating tank intended for the storage of a fluid, the tank having a secondary insulating barrier having juxtaposed insulating panels; and a primary insulating barrier having insulating panels that are each arranged straddling at least four secondary insulating panels and anchored to the latter. The sealed tank is equipped with a through-element passing through a specific zone of the wall. In the specific zone of the wall, the longitudinal directions of the primary panels are perpendicular to the longitudinal directions of the secondary insulating panels. The through-element passes successively through an opening made in one of the secondary insulating panels and an opening made in one of the primary insulating panels.

摘要: Provided is an independent tank, and a manufacturing method therefor, for which local bending stress occurring on the vicinity of a boundary portion (welded portion) can be reduced without increasing plate thickness. An independent tank has at least one curvature change portion in which the curvature along the axial direction of plate members that form the tank changes along the axial direction. Both the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of the plate member on the small curvature side are not flush with respect to the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of the plate member on the large curvature side. The plate thickness center of the plate member on the small curvature side is offset toward the radial direction inner side or the radial direction outer side with respect to the plate thickness center of the plate on the large curvature side.

The liquefied gas transfer device for reducing boil-off gas comprises: at least one transfer pipe formed in a vertical direction inside a quay for storing liquefied gas so as to transfer the liquefied gas; a branch pipe which is branched from a lower part of the transfer pipe to one side of the transfer pipe, and which has an end part opened toward a bottom surface of the quay; a valve which is connected to the branch pipe and/or the transfer pipe, and which opens and closes the branch pipe or the transfer pipe so as to move the liquefied gas from the transfer pipe to the branch pipe; and a resistance member disposed inside the branch pipe so as to interrupt the flow of the liquefied gas.
