摘要: A traffic light management system that manages display of traffic lights includes a communication device, a control device, and a map database. The control device performs emergency control of the display when abnormal traveling information indicating the information on an abnormally traveling vehicle is included in the information received from a communication vehicle. In the emergency control, the control device predicts a future trajectory of the abnormally traveling vehicle based on the abnormal traveling information. Next, the control device generates the emergency control signal for temporarily prohibiting passage at an intersection and a crosswalk on a road along the future trajectory based on the map information and the future trajectory. After that, the control device sends the emergency control signal to controlled traffic lights. The controlled traffic lights are each a traffic light at the intersection and the crosswalk on a road along the future trajectory.

摘要: Disclosed is a method and apparatus for operating a first device. The first device obtains environment information in proximity to the first device and receives one or more communication messages from a second device and the message(s) includes relevance criteria, wherein the relevance criteria indicates one or more devices, one or more sets of device characteristics, one or more lanes, one or more intersections or areas, one or more pedestrian paths or bicycle paths, one or more signal characteristics from the second device or any combination thereof. The first device determines whether the one or more communication messages are relevant to the first device based on the relevance criteria and the environment information and performs an operation in response to the determination of whether the one or more communication messages are relevant.

摘要: In an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a method of transmitting a vehicle-to-pedestrian (V2P) message. The method may comprise checking whether a timer is running, generating and storing an identifier when the timer is not running, encoding a personal safety message (PSM) according to a predetermined method and storing the encoded PSM as a lead V2P message and transmitting the generated identifier and the lead V2P message.

摘要: A feature-rich, improved vehicle traffic signal control system that uses network technology is provided herein. For example, the improved vehicle traffic signal control system may include a control box and light heads that include processors. The control box in the improved vehicle traffic signal control system may include fewer components and/or fewer wires extending therefrom as compared to a typical control box. In particular, the control box in the improved vehicle traffic signal control system may not include relays, a conflict monitor, or other similar components. Rather, the improved control box may simply include a controller that is coupled to various light heads via Ethernet cables. The Ethernet cables can carry electrical power, thereby providing power to the light heads. The light head processors can use network technology to control light activation, to perform conflict monitoring, to receive data from various sensors to adjust traffic flow, etc.

摘要: Presented are intelligent electronic footwear and apparel with controller-automated features, methods for making/operating such footwear and apparel, and control systems for executing automated features of such footwear and apparel. A method for operating an intelligent electronic shoe (IES) includes receiving, e.g., via a controller through a wireless communications device from a GPS satellite service, location data of a user. The controller also receives, e.g., from a backend server-class computer or other remote computing node, location data for a target object or site, such as a virtual shoe hidden at a virtual spot. The controller retrieves or predicts path plan data including a derived route for traversing from the user's location to the target's location within a geographic area. The controller then transmits command signals to a navigation alert system mounted to the IES's shoe structure to output visual, audio, and/or tactile cues that guide the user along the derived route.

摘要: An information processing apparatus controls a road surface marking apparatus configured to form any road surface marking by changing light emission patterns of a plurality of light emitters provided on a road surface. In the information processing apparatus, a control unit detects, when switching from a second traffic lane through which a pedestrian is allowed to pass to a first traffic lane through which a pedestrian is prohibited from passing is executed, a user who is a pedestrian remaining in the first traffic lane after the switching. Then, the control unit causes the road surface marking apparatus to form an urging marking used for urging the user to withdraw from the first traffic lane after the switching.
