The plurality of the flexible TX time windows and The plurality of the data transmission prohibit windows are configured to respectively have a boundary of a transmission unit shifted from a boundary of a transmission unit of a primary cell (P-cell) transmission structure by a specific time.

Abstract: Provided are a method for a terminal for receiving a PHICH in a wireless communication system and a terminal utilizing the method. The method is characterized in that a PUSCH is transmitted, whether or not a first PHICH resource corresponding to the PUSCH collides with a second PHICH resource corresponding to a different PUSCH is determined, and the PHICH for the PUSCH is received from the PHICH resource determined on the basis of the result of the determination, wherein if the first PHICH resource and second PHICH resource do collide, then the PHICH for the PUSCH is received from a new PHICH resource determined by utilizing an offset value.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. The first UE receives a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) including first D2D scheduling information from a base station in a subframe #n, wherein n is an integer of 0 or more. The first UE transmits the D2D data to a second UE based on the first D2D scheduling information, in a first available subframe of the subframe set for D2D communication after a subframe #(n+k), where k is a positive integer.
