Abstract:
A shutter blade assembly for a photolithography machine, a large-field of view (FoV) photolithography machine and an exposure method are disclosed. A scan-ning-directional shutter blade subassembly is moved once during each illuminance test and then moved above alignment marks after the test. During exposure, the scanning-directional shutter blade subassembly moves with a mask stage in the same direction and at the same speed so that it stays stationary relative to the alignment marks on a photomask (4). In case of full-FoV exposure, it is not necessary for a non-scanning-directional shutter blade subassembly to be moved, while in case of partial-FoV exposure, it is moved into the partial exposure FoV and defines there a window for obtaining a light spot with a desired shape by modulating illumination light. After that, with the non-scanning-directional shutter blade subassembly being maintained stationary, the exposure FoV can be shifted from the current exposed region to a new region to be exposed simply by moving the mask and wafer stages. This process can be repeated until all the regions to be exposed have been exposed. Since the need for multiple shutter blade assemblies is dispensed with, structural simplification can be achieved, the requirements for control accuracy can be lowered.
Abstract:
An illustrative damper system includes a damper blade, a damper actuator, and a standoff, where the standoff may be configured for use with an insulated duct having an outer surface of the duct, an insulating layer around the outer surface of the duct, and an outer surface of the insulating layer. Illustratively, the standoff may include a body, a mounting mechanism including a first flange, and a second flange spaced from the first flange, where the body, the first flange and the second flange may form an opening or space configured to receive the insulating layer. In some cases, the standoff may include one or more ribs extending between the body and the first and second flanges.
Abstract:
An apparatus, a method, a computer program and a graphical user interface is provided. The apparatus comprises at least one processor; and at least one memory storing computer program instructions, the at least one processor being configured to execute the computer program instructions to cause the apparatus at least to perform: controlling a display to display one or more graphical items from a first layer of a hierarchical menu system; in response to user selection of a first graphical item from the first layer of the hierarchical menu system, entering a second layer of the hierarchical menu system, wherein entering the second layer of the hierarchical menu system comprises displaying one or more further graphical items, from the second layer of the hierarchical menu system, associated with the first graphical item; detecting a change in inclination of the apparatus, while the one or more graphical items from the first layer of the hierarchical menu system are displayed on the display; and controlling, after detecting the change in inclination of the apparatus, the display to display a preview comprising the one or more further graphical items, associated with the first graphical item, from the second layer of the hierarchical menu system.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a immunotherapeutic composition comprising IL-17. Also disclosed herein is a method of increasing an immune response in a subject in need thereof. The method may include administering the immunotherapeutic composition to the subject. The increased immune response may protect against an influenza virus. Further disclosed herein is a method of diagnosing influenza viral infection.
Abstract:
Provided is a method for determining the resumption of a suspended Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS), which includes: when the MBMS service is intended to be resumed after being suspended, triggering a network side to send an MBMS Control Channel (MCCH) notification message for indicating to change an MCCH message; determining, by User Equipment (UE), that the suspended MBMS service is resumed by reading the MCCH notification message and the changed MCCH message. A device and a UE for determining the resumption of an MBMS is also provided.
Abstract:
A proxy tool can be controlled by injecting widget code into application code of a response to an application request. That response is returned client device such that when the application and widget code are processed, the widget code inserts a widget viewable with the rendered application code. Upon a determination that a subsequent request from the client device corresponds to user interaction with the widget and not the rendered application code, a state of the proxy tool is updated based on the sub sequent request.
Abstract:
Apparatus, a method and a computer program are provided. The apparatus includes: at least one processor; and at least one memory storing computer program instructions, the at least one processor being configured to execute the computer program instructions to cause the apparatus at least to perform: controlling a touch sensitive display to display a first graphical item at a first position and a second graphical item at a second position, the second graphical item being separated from the first graphical item by a first distance; detecting a first user digit at the first position and a second user digit at the second position; reducing the first distance by moving at least one of the first and second graphical items across the touch sensitive display, in response to detecting movement, across the touch sensitive display, of at least one of the first and second user digits; and controlling the touch sensitive display to display a third graphical item, after determining the first distance has been reduced such that the first graphical item is proximate the second graphical item.
Abstract:
A slider includes a substrate having a trailing edge, a leading edge opposite the trailing edge, and an air bearing surface connecting the trailing edge with the leading edge; a read/write transducer formed at the trailing edge; and a coat layer attached on the trailing edge and covering on the read/write transducer. The slider further includes a protection layer for shielding the read/write transducer thereby preventing the read/write transducer from damaging during a laser soldering process. The present invention can prevent the read/write transducer from damaging during the laser bonding process and, in turn improve the reading and writing performance of the slider. The invention also discloses an HGA and a disk drive unit.
Abstract:
An end user navigates to a website using a web browser running in a personal computer. A web application in the personal computer retrieves a uniform resource locator (URL) of the website and wirelessly transmits the URL to a smartphone that is proximate to and in wireless communication with the personal computer by near field communication (NFC). A smartphone app in the smartphone retrieves a password of the end user based on the URL of the website, and wirelessly transmits the password to the personal computer by NFC. In the personal computer, the web application uses the password to login to the website. The password may be automatically entered into a corresponding input field of a login webpage.
Abstract:
Provided herein is a vaccine that combines a vaccine facilitator and a DNA construct encoding an antigen to elicit antigen-specific antibody responses, wherein the vaccine facilitator is a Na/K pump inhibitor. Cellular entry of the DNA is accelerated as compared to other vaccines that do not contain the vaccine facilitator.
