    Abstract: A vehicle seat includes: an anchor member, a buckle apparatus, a cushion pad provided with a buckle accommodation cavity, a wire disposed so as to encircle the buckle accommodation cavity and supporting the cushion pad, and a rotation suppression member. The buckle apparatus includes: a coupling member, one end of which is coupled to the anchor member, and a buckle at which a tongue provided at a seatbelt can be removably attached, another end of the coupling member being coupled to the buckle, and the buckle being rotatable substantially in a seat vertical direction. The rotation suppression member is disposed at an upper side of the buckle apparatus, the rotation suppression member is attached to the wire and suppresses rotation in a seat upward direction of the buckle apparatus.

    and a heating device which heats the actuator mounting portion on which the piezoelectric element is arranged, to thereby cure the adhesive.

    Abstract: A vehicle seat includes a pad main body configuring part of seat cushion pad, a slide pad that configures another part of the seat cushion pad and that approaches or moves away from the pad main body by sliding in a seat front-rear direction, and a flow path that is formed at an opposite side of the pad main body to a seating surface thereof, and an air moving machine that moves air inside the flow path. The flow path reaches as far as an opposing face of the pad main body that opposes the slide pad, and a main body groove portion that is in communication with the flow path and that reaches as far as the seating surface is formed in the opposing face. The main body groove portion is formed narrower at a location on the seating surface side than at a location on the flow path side.

    Abstract: A load beam includes a pair of flange bending parts including first bending parts, and a second bending part extending in a width direction. A first cross-section part extends in the width direction of the load beam passing through welding parts. The first cross-section part is warped up toward the flange parts. A second cross-section part extends in the width direction passing through a different position from that of the welding parts. The second cross-section part has a lesser height difference as compared to the first cross-section part. A die is used when bending the second bending part. The die includes a first relief part including a first inclined surface and a second relief part including a second inclined surface in both sides of the supporting surface.

    Abstract: A first terminal provided on a tail pad portion includes a base portion, a bent portion and an overlapping portion. The base portion includes a first surface fixed to a base insulating layer and a second surface on an opposite side to the first surface. The bent portion is reversed in a thickness direction of the base portion from an end of the base portion towards the second surface. The overlapping portion extends from the bent portion in a direction along the second surface. An anisotropic conductive film (ACF) is disposed between the overlapping portion and the second terminal. The overlapping portion and the second terminal are connected to each other via the ACF.
