Abstract: A swing/rotating gas metal arc welding torch, include a hollow shaft motor and a feeder panel. An upper extending shaft of the feeder panel penetrates through a brush mechanism, and is fixedly connected to a lower extension shaft of the hollow shaft by means of a coupling, and a lower extending shaft of the feeder panel penetrates through a support bearing mounted in a brush base and is then connected to an eccentric or bent conductive rod mechanism; the motor base is fixedly connected to the brush base by means of connecting screws, and a welding shielding gas is provided and welding torch cooling is achieved by means of inner holes of the connecting screws as well as a built-in gas passage and a cooling water passage of the brush base; the length of the conductive rod mechanism is adjusted by means of modulation or extension and retraction.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a kind of xylanase mutant and its preparation method and application, which relates to the technical field of genomic engineering and genetic engineering. Such mutant includes one or more mutants obtained by taking xylanase HwXyl10A as female parent to conduct saturation mutagenesis to the site of Gly363. Specifically, relates to obtaining 19 mutants through site-directed mutagenesis, and then conducting yeast expression to them, after that, obtaining two mutants with significantly improved specific activity and thermal stability through screening of thermal stability and catalytic activity; the present invention can significantly improve the thermal stability and catalytic efficiency of xylanase through modifying the site of Gly363, and is of important guiding significance for improving the thermal stability and the catalytic efficiency of the 10th family of xylanases and other glycoside hydrolases as well as lays the foundation for its application in industrial production.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an SWRO and MCDI coupled seawater desalination device system with energy recovery, including a pre-filtering unit, an SWRO treatment unit, an MCDI treatment unit, and a post-filtering unit. The SWRO treatment unit is coupled with the MCDI treatment unit. Seawater desalination is performed through a coupling complementary water passage and circuit design, while water quality is improved, and the continuity of water output from a water passage of the device is kept. By recovering the pressure potential energy of high-pressure brine in the SWRO treatment unit and electric energy released by desorption in the MCDI treatment unit, energy consumption is reduced.

Abstract: An inverted non-stop apparatus of a multi-cylinder diesel engine for a free-fall lifeboat is provided. The apparatus includes a lubricating system and a breathing system. The lubricating system includes a machine body (101), an engine oil pump, and an oil pan (118). The breathing system is a diesel engine breather. A partition board (1181) is transversely provided in the oil pan (118) to divide a cavity of the oil pan (118) into a left cavity and a right cavity. The left cavity is an oil collection groove (1182), and the right cavity is an oil tank body (127A). A flange is provided at an opening of the oil tank body (127A) for fixing an oil tank cover (125) to form an enclosed lubricating oil tank (127). The engine oil pump is a double pump having oil inlets and outlets independent separately, which is formed by superposing upper and lower layers, wherein the upper layer is a lubricating pump (111) and the lower layer is an oil return pump (112). An oil suction port (114) of the oil return pump (112) is connected to the bottom of the oil collection groove (1182), and an oil outlet is connected to the lubricating oil tank (127). An oil inlet of the lubricating pump is connected to the lubricating oil tank (127), and an oil outlet is communicated with a main oil path (102) of the machine body. A breathing one-way valve (132) and an air pressure relief valve (131) are provided on the oil tank cover (125). The inverted non-stop apparatus of a multi-cylinder diesel engine for a free-fall lifeboat separate an engine oil collection function and an engine oil storage function borne by an oil pan of a diesel engine, so that no matter the diesel engine is longitudinally and transversely turned over and inverted, the diesel engine can operate normally.

Abstract: Disclosed are an infrared vision sensing detection method and device for narrow-gap weld seam deviation. The device includes a shaking (or rotating) arc narrow-gap welding torch, an arc current sensor (3), a computer image processing system (15), and an infrared photographing system. An infrared camera (11) acquires an infrared image of a welding region in an external triggering manner when an arc (1) shakes (or rotates) to a position closest to the left side wall or right side wall of a groove (9). After computer image processing, welding wire position and groove edge information is extracted in real time, and weld seam deviation is calculated according to position changes of a welding wire relative to the left side wall and the right side wall of the groove, and the weld seam deviation is output. During pulsed arc welding, a signal in a base value period of the arc current pulse is detected by using the current sensor, thereby realizing welding image acquisition synchronized with the base value current period of the pulsed arc. The device has a simple constitution, a wide application range, high weld seam detection precision, high environment adaptability, and high anti-interference capability.
