    Abstract: An in-vehicle navigation apparatus that provides guidance to a lane on which a user's vehicle should travel, among driving lanes on a route, includes a landmark information acquiring unit and a lane guide unit. The landmark information acquiring unit acquires landmark information representing an object which serves as a landmark existing along the route within a landmark acquisition range that is set between a certain point on a near side of a specific point and the specific point. The lane on which the user's vehicle should travel on the route is restricted at the specific point. The lane guide unit provides guidance to the lane on which the user's vehicle should travel in association with the object represented by the landmark information acquired by the landmark information acquiring unit.

    Abstract: Provided is an operating apparatus having a feedback mechanism. An apparatus main body is supported on a base using a plurality of plurality of supporting metal plates. Each of the supporting metal plates includes a first mounting piece, a second mounting piece, and an intermediate plate. When a pressing force of a finger on an operating surface of the apparatus main body acts, the intermediate plate is deformed to depress the apparatus main body, thereby operating a detecting member. When a feedback force from the feedback mechanism acts on the apparatus main body, the second mounting piece is bent to move the apparatus main body along the feedback force.

    Abstract: A HUD apparatus is structured such that a first cover opens and closes a first opening, which is disposed on a path along which a combiner moves, and a second cover opens and closes a second opening, which is disposed in an optical path from a light-projecting portion of a light-emitting unit (second mirror) to the combiner. When the combiner is being moved from an accommodated position to a projecting position, the second cover retracts into a space between the combiner and the light-projecting portion while rotating forward, similarly to the first cover.

    Abstract: A system of route scheduling for a vehicle presents fuel information for a vehicle. The system receives vehicle related drive information and fuel information from the vehicle via a vehicle interface, including fuel tank capacity, a current fuel level, and fuel economy, calculates routes to points from a current vehicle position based on the drive related information of sensors, estimates first fuel amounts for reaching the points based on the calculated routes and the fuel economy, selects fuel stations within a predetermined range of the calculated routes based on their locations, estimates second fuel amounts for reaching the fuel stations based on their locations, the fuel economy and the current vehicle position, obtains fuel prices of the fuel stations from a network, and instructs a screen to display the fuel prices, the point information, the locations of the fuel stations, the fuel tank capacity and the current fuel level along with a segment.
