Abstract: A method for evaluating rock drillability by a nano-indentation test on a rock cutting includes: conducting a nano-indentation test on a rock cutting sample, acquiring a displacement-load curve of an indenter, and calculating a micro-hardness under the nano-indentation test; calculating mineral composition of the rock cutting sample based on a statistical distribution characteristic of the micro-hardness, and transforming the micro-hardness under the nano-indentation test on the rock cutting sample into a macro-hardness; and calculating a rock drillability grade characterized by the micro-hardness under the nano-indentation test on the rock cutting sample based on a correlation between the macro-hardness of the rock cutting sample and the rock drillability grade. In the context of few downhole rock samples and high cost, the method overcomes the limitation of sample size and shape on conventional testing and solves the difficult problem of mechanical parameter testing of deep rocks.

Abstract: A dynamic crack leaking stoppage evaluation experiment device includes a crack simulation experiment instrument having a dynamic crack simulation mechanism. The dynamic crack leaking stoppage evaluation experiment device can simulate a dynamic change process of a crack from a closed state to an open state. An experiment method can be applied to study a variation range of the width of the crack that have been subjected to self-adaptive leaking stoppage with various combinations of leaking stoppage materials and under different increments, and the method can also be applied to quantitatively study on effecting patterns of rheological parameters and hydraulic parameters of well drilling fluid on stability of a leaking stoppage layer in the dynamic crack, so that enabled is not only simulation of leaking stoppage process of a dynamic crack, but also real-time monitoring and evaluation on leaking stoppage effect and leaking stoppage location inside the dynamic crack.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a solid waste treatment method, including following steps: screening off masses having a particle size greater than 0.5 cm from solid waste; adding extraction agents to the solid waste and then heating and stirring so that the solid waste is fully dispersed in the extraction agents; placing the mixed extraction agent in a centrifuge and centrifuging the mixed extraction feeding liquid phase separated by centrifuging into a rectification tower for rectification and cooling, recovering residual oil substances in a rectification kettle, separating mixture of cooled extraction agents and water, continuously adding the separated extraction agents into an extraction kettle for cyclic extraction, and conveying sewage to a sewage treatment plant to treat and discharging the sewage after the sewage reaches a treatment standard.

Abstract: A performance evaluation device and a design method of a cement for well cementing in a penetrated hydrate layer are provided. The performance evaluation device includes an equivalent wellbore, an inner circulation system, an outer circulation system, a thermal insulation cover, a bracket, a temperature sensing system, and a cement mold. The device can simulate a true downhole situation, conduct an evaluation experiment on the heat insulation performance of a cementing cement, and conduct experiments at different temperatures with automatic temperature control. The design method is to use a low-hydration, early-strength, and heat-insulating cement slurry system during the well cementing in a penetrated hydrate layer, where the low-hydration and early-strength characteristics ensure the effective sealing of a hydrate layer during a cementing process, and the heat insulation characteristic results in low heat conductivity and thus can ensure the stability of a hydrate layer during a production operation.

Abstract: A high efficiency smart steering drilling system includes a smart push force application tool and a centralizer. The centralizer is at an end close to a drill bit. The smart push force application tool is at an end away from the drill bit and includes a push force application wing rib having a telescoping function. The smart push force application tool is capable of automatically measuring an inclination angle and an azimuth angle and comparing the inclination angle and the azimuth angle with design values so as to control the push force application wing rib to output a push force in a telescopic manner based on a difference between the measured values and the design values and applying a push force to the drill bit. The drilling system achieves combined deflection under double action of drill bit push and pointing, greatly improving the deflection capability.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to geophysical exploration and seismic imaging, and more particularly to a seismic imaging method, system, and device based on pre-stack high-angle fast Fourier transform (FFT). The method includes: acquiring seismic data acquired during seismic exploration; extracting a common shot point gather from the seismic data followed by conversion into a frequency wavenumber domain common offset gather; calculating wave propagation angles; dividing an imaging region into a first region and a second region; solving constant coefficients of the first region and the second region; performing frequency-division layer-by-layer wavefield continuation on a frequency-wave number domain common offset gather to obtain imaging results at different depths and frequencies; subjecting the imaging results to integration followed by transformation to a spatial domain to obtain common offset imaging profiles; and subjecting the common offset imaging profiles to superposition obtain final imaging results.

Abstract: A method for catalytic cracking of naphtha is provided. Naphtha is catalytically cracked under the action of a catalyst. The catalyst includes aluminosilicate, alkali metal oxide, alkaline earth metal oxide, TiO2, iron oxide, vanadium oxide and nickel oxide. On the other hand, a rapid separation component is arranged in a disengager of a catalytic cracking reaction device, so that a transport disengaging height is greatly reduced without changing a gas flow and a diameter of the disengager. In addition, the separation efficiency of oil gas and the catalyst is improved.

It includes the following steps: first, running a silt control screen pipe manufactured by an interface hydrophobic modification into a wellbore to realize wellbore water control and silt control; second, filling a surface hydrophobic modified gravel in an annular space between the silt control screen pipe and the wellbore to form a hydrophobic gravel packing layer for water control and silt control; third, injecting a wetting agent aqueous solution into a stratum, and performing a hydrophobic modification on a gas reservoir seepage channel surface to realize in-situ water blocking and silt migration of the unconsolidated siltstone gas reservoir, and then closing a well for a preset time before exploitation.
