    Abstract: A fabrication method of crystallized transparent conducting oxides (TCOs) on a self-assembled organic layer modified substrate is provided and said method includes steps of: providing a substrate having a surface; processing the surface of the substrate by an organic molecular solution, so as to form a self-assembled organic layer on the surface of the substrate; and forming a transparent conducting oxide (TCO) layer on the self-assembled organic layer at a lower temperature below 300° C. The self-assembled organic layer can be used to modify the surface of the substrate to form a highly crystallized TCO layer thereon.

An IGBT-ESD device includes a semiconductor substrate and patterned insulation regions disposed on the semiconductor substrate defining a first active region and a second active region.
