    Abstract: A method and system for measuring an inert gas by an ion probe. Embedding a to-be-measured sample into an epoxy resin, to obtain a sample target, where the to-be-measured sample includes an inert gas atom; after putting the obtained sample target into an analysis chamber of the ion probe, vacuumizing the analysis chamber, where the ion probe includes a primary ion source, an electron gun, a mass analyzer, and an ion detector; bombarding the sample target by using a primary ion beam formed by the primary ion source to release the inert gas atom in the sample target; ionizing the released inert gas atom by using an electron beam formed by the electron gun to form an inert gas ion; and analyzing a secondary ion containing the inert gas ion by using the mass analyzer and the ion detector to achieve measurement of the inert gas.

    Abstract: An emitter for nickel isotope analysis of trace samples, its preparation and application are provided, wherein: the emitter is a zirconium hydrogen phosphate emitter; and the zirconium hydrogen phosphate emitter specifically comprises a zirconium hydrogen phosphate suspension and phosphoric acid solution as an auxiliary material. To prepare the zirconium hydrogen phosphate suspension, the zirconium hydrogen phosphate powder must be washed alternately with hydrochloric acid and high-purity water 3 to 4 times to reduce the sample loading blank. The application specifically relates to analytical method, specifically using zirconium hydrogen phosphate suspension as a high-sensitivity emitter to enhance the ionization efficiency of nickel samples, while using phosphoric acid solution to assist ionization, and using high-purity tungsten filament as the sample carrier to determine trace nickel isotope method.

    Abstract: A MEMS micromirror includes a mirror surface driving structure which is positioned on a substrate and includes two L-shaped structures in head-to-tail arrangement. Each L-shaped structure includes a second torsion beam, an L-shaped transverse plate and a second comb-shaped structure. The first driving electrode is provided on the substrate at a position under a head end of the L-shaped transverse plate, the head end of the L-shaped transverse plate is rotatable with support of the second torsion beam, and a tail end of the L-shaped transverse plate is connected with the second comb-shaped structure. The micromirror surface layer is disposed above the mirror surface driving structure, the first torsion beam is fixed by the substrate and supports two sides of the micromirror surface layer, and two sides, corresponding to the second comb-shaped structures, of the micromirror surface layer are provided with first comb-shaped structures, respectively.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a MEMS pressure sensor die and its fabrication process. The pressure sensor comprises a chamber inside which a MEMS pressure sensor die is provided. The pressure sensor die comprises a handle, a device layer and a cap all connected together. A silicon oxide layer is formed between the handle and the device layer. Another silicon oxide layer is formed between the device layer and the cap. Recesses are respectively formed on the handle and the cap and face each other. The handle recess and the cap recess are connected to form a cavity. The device layer, which spans the cavity, further comprises a bridge on which a plurality of piezoresistive sensing elements are formed. The present pressure sensor is more immune to temperature effects. It is especially suitable for operating in a high temperature, high pressure environment and is capable of delivering accurate and reliable pressure measurements at low cost.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a downhole vibration and impact data recording method, comprising: performing analog-to-digital conversion on analog data, outputting digital format data obtained at a sampling rate f1, and performing sampling storage processing and analysis storage processing on the same. The sampling storage processing includes outputting the digital format data obtained at a sampling rate fn through multiple samplings; storing the same continuously into a storage module. The analysis storage processing includes: buffering the digital format data obtained at the sampling rate f1 into a memory; analyzing the same to determine whether an impact event occurs, and if yes, storing the current data in the memory into the storage module, and then jumping back to the buffering step; otherwise, jumping directly back to the buffering step. With the above method, the amount of data storage can be effectively reduced, while the characteristics of the vibration and impact data can be analyzed.

    Abstract: The static push-the-bit articulated high-built-rate rotary steerable tool has the main body of a non-rotary measurement and control unit articulated with the main body of a non-rotary actuator, rather than an integral structure. Due to the fact that the drilling tool is easy to bend in a wellbore, the bending stress in an upper portion of the steerable tool is low, and the consumption of the pushing force for bending deformation of the drilling tool is minimized. Since the steering sleeve around the main body of a load-bearing actuator only slides along the well wall in an axial direction without rotational friction there-between, the service life of the steering sleeve is long. Besides, since hydraulic pressure is used instead of pressure difference of mud to act on the pistons to form the pushing force, the pushing force is greatly improved, and the sealing life of the pistons is longer.
