The pressure cavity and sensor components disposed therein are hermetically sealed from the ambient in order to reduce drift and instability within the sensor. The sensor is designed for harsh and biological environments, e.g. intracorporeal implantation and in vivo use. Additionally, novel manufacturing methods are employed to construct the sensors.

The second encapsulating material includes a transparent glass layer and a reinforcement material, and a sealing substrate is connected with the substrate using the opaque glass layer and the reinforcement material. The organic light emitting display device may be useful to prevent Newton's rings from occurring by easily controlling a gap between a sealing substrate and the substrate in which an organic light emitting diode is formed by controlling a height of a transparent glass layer, and to use a low energy of a laser by adhering to the substrate by means of the opaque glass layer and the reinforcement material, which are applied onto the transparent glass layer.
