摘要: An organic light emitting display device and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. One aspect of the invention provides an organic light emitting display device including a first substrate including a pixel region in which an organic light emitting diode is formed, and a non-pixel region, the organic light emitting diode composed of a first electrode, an organic thin film layer and a second electrode; a second substrate arranged on the first substrate; a first encapsulating material provided between the first substrate and the second substrate of the non-pixel region; and a second encapsulating material provided in at least one side of the first encapsulating material and for reinforcing the first encapsulating material. The first encapsulating material includes at least one of a transparent glass layer and an opaque glass layer. The second encapsulating material includes a transparent glass layer and a reinforcement material, and a sealing substrate is connected with the substrate using the opaque glass layer and the reinforcement material. The organic light emitting display device may be useful to prevent Newton's rings from occurring by easily controlling a gap between a sealing substrate and the substrate in which an organic light emitting diode is formed by controlling a height of a transparent glass layer, and to use a low energy of a laser by adhering to the substrate by means of the opaque glass layer and the reinforcement material, which are applied onto the transparent glass layer.

摘要: A flat panel display device. The device includes a plurality of self-luminant devices, each of which includes at least a light emitting layer, formed on every pixel, and a lens sheet having a plurality of condensing lenses that correspond to the self-luminant devices and direct the light emitted from the self-luminant devices toward a predetermined direction. A distance between the light emitting layer and an exterior portion of the condensing lens in the direction of propagation of the light is between 50 and 500 microns so as not to overlap images of neighboring sub-pixels, that are expanded by the condensing lenses. Therefore, a lowering of image sharpness that is caused by the condensing lenses can be prevented, while a light coupling efficiency and a brightness are improved.

摘要: Wireless sensors configured to record and transmit data as well as sense and, optionally, actuate to monitor physical properties of an environment and, optionally, effect changes within that environment. In one aspect, the wireless sensor can have a power harvesting unit; a voltage regulation unit, a transducing oscillator unit, and a transmitting coil. The voltage regulation unit is electrically coupled to the power harvesting unit and is configured to actuate at a minimum voltage level. The transducing oscillator unit is electrically coupled to the voltage regulation unit and is configured to convert a sensed physical property into an electrical signal. Also, the transmitting coil is configured to receive the electrical signal and to transmit the electrical signal to an external antenna.

摘要: A backlight driving apparatus and a driving method thereof, in which the backlight driving apparatus includes a driving unit and a controller. The driving unit boosts an input voltage in response to a duty ratio of a control signal and provides the boosted input voltage to an LED array. The controller increases the duty ratio of the control signal in a step-by-step fashion by comparing a preset target value with a sequentially increasing step-setting value if a driving start signal is enabled.

摘要: A pressure cavity is durable, stable, and biocompatible and configured in such a way that it constitutes pico to nanoliter-scale volume. The pressure cavity is hermetically sealed from the exterior environment while maintaining the ability to communicate with other devices. Micromachined, hermetically-sealed sensors are configured to receive power and return information through direct electrical contact with external electronics. The pressure cavity and sensor components disposed therein are hermetically sealed from the ambient in order to reduce drift and instability within the sensor. The sensor is designed for harsh and biological environments, e.g. intracorporeal implantation and in vivo use. Additionally, novel manufacturing methods are employed to construct the sensors.
