Abstract: A fixing structure for an auxiliary bearing of an electric drive assembly and an electric drive assembly are disclosed. The fixing structure comprises a bearing pressing plate, a bolt, a lock nut, an auxiliary bearing outer ring and an auxiliary bearing inner ring. The bearing pressing plate is provided with a through hole, the housing is provided with a threaded hole, and the bolt passes through the through hole and is fixed in the threaded hole. The bearing pressing plate pre-tightens one side of the auxiliary bearing outer ring, and the housing limits a position of the other side of the auxiliary bearing outer ring. The lock nut is sleeved on the shaft to pre-tighten one side of the auxiliary bearing inner ring, and the gear limits a position of the other side of the auxiliary bearing inner ring. The bearing fixing solution has a simple structure; moreover, the inner and outer rings of the bearing are pre-tightened by threads, thereby avoiding over-positioning of the bearing, reducing the running noise of the bearing, and improving the service life of bearing.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a transversely-placed vehicle driving assembly, connected to a vehicle axle half shaft, wherein the vehicle driving assembly comprises a first power source and an automatic transmission, the automatic transmission is provided with a first input shaft therein, the first power source connects to the first input shaft, and a differential is provided at a joint of the automatic transmission and the vehicle axle half shaft; an intermediate shaft is provided parallel to the first input shaft; several gears are fixed or rotatably installed on the first input shaft, several gears are fixed or rotatably installed on the intermediate shaft, the gears on the first input shaft and the gears on the intermediate shaft are in engaged transmission in group, and the gears that engage with one another have different installing modes on the shafts; clutches are provided between the first input shaft and the gear that is rotatably installed thereon and between the intermediate shaft and the gear that is rotatably installed thereon; and engaging gear transmission is provided between the intermediate shaft and the differential. The present disclosure can realize transmission of two speed ratios, with flexible transmission modes, which shortens the axial size of the driving assembly, which cannot only satisfy the acceleration capability and climbing ability of the vehicle but also satisfy the demand on high vehicle speed.

By connecting the rotation shaft of the electric machine to the coolant pump, the assembly enables the pump to be highly integrated into the system and reduce manufacturing cost.

Abstract: A dual-power-source dual driving assembly for a vehicle, includes two driving units that are symmetrically provided and connected to a same one set of vehicle axle half shaft. Each driving units is provided with a power source and an automatic transmission that are each connected to one half shaft of the vehicle axle half shaft. Moreover, each automatic transmission is provided with an input shaft, an intermediate shaft and an output shaft that are parallel. The three shafts have multiple gear stages with different transmission ratios, the power source is connected to the input shaft, and the output shaft is connected to a left or right half shaft of the vehicle axle half shaft. The dual driving assembly provides a transmission with two speed ratios, which results in flexible transmission modes, and shortens the axial dimension of the driving assembly.

The system controls the transmission and disconnection of power torque.

Abstract: An input shaft structure for connecting a motor (4) and a gearbox (1) is provided, wherein the input shaft structure comprises a main shaft (5), an input end of the main shaft is located within the motor, and is connected to a rotor of the motor, an output end of the main shaft is located within the gearbox, and is connected to a driving gear (2) of the gearbox, and all of the two ends and an middle portion of the main shaft are provided with a bearing (6, 9, 14) to perform axial positioning, wherein a hub (2-1) of the driving gear extend toward two sides, and an inner bore of the hub matches with a shaft diameter of the main shaft to perform radial positioning, to ensure a concentricity of the driving gear and the main shaft. The motor shaft and the input shaft of the gearbox are designed as an integral input shaft, which reduces the entire axial size of the power section, facilitates the layout of the entire vehicle, and has a smaller weight. The two ends of the driving gear are added radial positioning, to ensure a concentricity of the driving gear and the main shaft, which improves the stability of the system.
