Abstract: An engine-and-electric-machine assembly, including an engine (8) and an electric machine (9). The crankshaft (7) of the engine has an extension section (7-3) that extends to the exterior of the engine, and the rotor (3) of the electric machine is mounted to the extension section. The present disclosure improves the integration level of the engine-and-electric-machine assembly, and reduces the weight and volume of the engine-and-electric-machine assembly. A vehicle driving device including the engine-and-electric-machine assembly is also disclosed.

Abstract: A monostable electromagnetic clutch is disclosed, which comprises a movable member, a magnetic assembly, a fixed disc, and a plurality of iron cores, wherein the magnetic assembly is connected to the fixed disc, the iron cores cross through the magnetic assembly and are connected to the fixed disc, the movable member is provided thereon with an spring member, and under an action of an electromagnetic force of the magnetic assembly and an spring force of the spring member, the movable member can reciprocate at a side of the magnetic assembly to keep the movable member and the iron cores in an engaged state or a disengaged state. The structural design of the present disclosure is flexible and compact, and can be combined in a different way according to different applications and different structural spaces. The electromagnetic clutch basic units can be used separately, or a plurality of electromagnetic clutch basic units can be combined freely, and after combination, they can be freely arranged in a variety of installation positions and spaces as required, and the use of space can be fully optimized.

Abstract: An electromagnetic clutch is provide that includes a fixed component, a driven component and an elastic component. The fixed component includes a magnetic yoke provided thereon with multiple iron cores, and each iron core is provided thereon with a coil. The driven component includes an armature disc provided thereon with multiple magnets. The armature disc and the magnetic yoke are disposed correspondingly, and the iron cores and the magnets are disposed correspondingly. The elastic component is used to keep the armature disc at a disengaged position from magnetic yoke. When the coil is energized in a forward direction, the iron core attracts the magnet and when the coil is energized in a reverse direction, the iron core generates an electromagnetic force to reduce an attractive force of the magnet.

Abstract: An electromagnetic dog clutch is disclosed to solve the technical problem in conventional electromagnetic dog clutches that the friction is easy to occur between a bearing seat and an end cap of a movable gear sleeve. The electromagnetic dog clutch comprises a movable gear sleeve (5) and a fixed gear sleeve (12) that mesh with each other for transmission. A first end cap (6) is provided on an outer side of the movable gear sleeve (5), a bearing (1) is provided on an outer circumference of the movable gear sleeve (5), the bearing (1) is embedded in a bearing seat (7), a rear end of the bearing seat (7) is provided with a positioning surface, and a front end of the first end cap (6) is a vertical plane that matches the positioning surface of the bearing seat (7). The front end of the first end cap (6) is provided with a positioning pin (15), the rear end of the bearing seat (7) is provided with a positioning hole to cooperate with the positioning pin (15), and the positioning pin (15) is inserted into the positioning hole to limit the bearing seat (7) and the first end cap (6) so that they can move in an axial direction relative to each other but cannot rotate relative to each other, thereby preventing the occurrence of friction between them.

The present disclosure can realize transmission of two speed ratios, with flexible transmission modes, which shortens the axial size of the driving assembly, which cannot only satisfy the acceleration capability and climbing ability of the vehicle but also satisfy the demand on high vehicle speed.

Abstract: An input shaft structure for connecting a motor (4) and a gearbox (1) is provided, wherein the input shaft structure comprises a main shaft (5), an input end of the main shaft is located within the motor, and is connected to a rotor of the motor, an output end of the main shaft is located within the gearbox, and is connected to a driving gear (2) of the gearbox, and all of the two ends and an middle portion of the main shaft are provided with a bearing (6, 9, 14) to perform axial positioning, wherein a hub (2-1) of the driving gear extend toward two sides, and an inner bore of the hub matches with a shaft diameter of the main shaft to perform radial positioning, to ensure a concentricity of the driving gear and the main shaft. The motor shaft and the input shaft of the gearbox are designed as an integral input shaft, which reduces the entire axial size of the power section, facilitates the layout of the entire vehicle, and has a smaller weight. The two ends of the driving gear are added radial positioning, to ensure a concentricity of the driving gear and the main shaft, which improves the stability of the system.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a vehicle two-power-source dual driving assembly, wherein, the vehicle two-power-source dual driving assembly comprises two sets of driving units that are symmetrically arranged, the two sets of driving units connect to a same set of vehicle axle half shafts, each of the sets of driving units is provided with a power source and an automatic transmission, and each of the automatic transmissions connects to one of the vehicle axle half shafts. The automatic transmission is provided therein with an input shaft, an intermediate shaft and an output shaft that are parallel, the input shaft, the intermediate shaft and the output shaft are provided thereon with multistage gears with different transmission ratios, the power source connects to the input shaft, and the output shaft connects to a left half shaft or a right half shaft of the vehicle axle half shaft.
