Abstract: An interior material 10 for vehicle, comprising: a base material layer 11; a first reinforcement layer 12 disposed on a surface of a vehicle interior side of the base material layer; a second reinforcement layer 13 disposed on a surface of a vehicle body side of the base material layer; a skin layer 14 disposed on a surface of the opposite side of the first reinforcement layer viewed from the base material layer; and a backside layer 15 disposed on a surface of the opposite side of the second reinforcement layer viewed from the base material layer, wherein the backside layer comprises a base layer 16 and a functional layer 15′ disposed on at least one surface of the base layer to block an air flow to the vehicle body side from the vehicle interior, and/or to reflect infrared radiation from the exterior of the vehicle.

Abstract: A collar for a vehicle sun visor includes a pair of collar halves attached on a shaft body. The collar halves each include a receiving groove, a first locking hole and a second locking hole, and a first flexible claw and a second flexible claw. When the pair of collar halves is assembled, the flexible claw of one of the collar halves is inserted into and engages with the locking hole in the other of the collar halves, and the locking holes and the flexible claws are provided pair-wise and arranged opposite one another with the receiving groove therebetween.

Abstract: A molding method for a synthetic resin molding reduces a disturbed flow of molten resin at a side edge of a molding body during injection molding, and allows the design surface of the molding body to have aesthetic appearance. The synthetic resin molding includes a bend arranged on a side edge of the molding body and bending toward its back surface, and a flange protruding laterally from the bend and including a notch. The molding method includes arranging a gate at a position corresponding to an end of one side of the flange in a longitudinal direction and performing injection molding using a colored resin material containing a luster agent kneaded in the material, and forming a thin portion of the bend in a longitudinal direction of the bend to form a groove on a back surface of the bend.

Abstract: Provided is an interior side wall structure for a vehicle in which a cylindrical shape of a shock-absorbing member can be crushed and deformed in an axial direction in an orderly manner upon vehicle side collision. When a collision load (F) is input to a shock-absorbing member (10) in the axial direction, a flange portion (13) at a peripheral edge of an open part is uniformly pressed against a door trim (4). At a connecting portion (15) of a peripheral wall (11), stress is distributed by an arc shaped face, whereby the development of crack is avoided, thus enabling even distribution of the load. At the connecting portion (15), buckling rigidity is adjusted by a slit for compression buckling adjustment (16) so as to substantially equalize the buckling rigidity at each portion of the peripheral wall (11), whereby the cylindrical shape of the shock-absorbing member (10) is crushed and deformed in the axial direction in an orderly manner.

Abstract: A load-hanging hook structure of an automobile interior component includes an opening formed in the automobile interior component, and a hook provided at a position slightly shifted out from the opening.
