    摘要: A collector voltage of a power management semiconductor device is detected by a first comparator, and when the detected collector voltage exceeds a first reference voltage, the first comparator outputs a first detection signal. Furthermore, a gate voltage of the power management semiconductor device is detected by a second comparator, and when the detected gate voltage exceeds a second reference voltage, the second comparator outputs a second detection signal. The second reference voltage is a minimum gate voltage for feeding a rated power to the power management semiconductor device or over, and less than a line power voltage of a drive circuit of the power management semiconductor device. When both the first detection signal and second detection signal are being outputted, the gate voltage is reduced by a gate voltage reduction means so as to protect the power management semiconductor device from overcurrent and overvoltage.

    摘要: An automatic analyzer which can remove air bubbles in a photometric light path within a reaction tank and can provide accurate measurement results with stability. The automatic analyzer comprises a reaction cell for mixing a sample and a reagent therein, a constant temperature bath for holding water in which the reaction cell is immersed, a suction pipe for sucking the water in the constant temperature bath, a return pipe for returning the water to the constant temperature bath, a pump disposed between the suction pipe and the return pipe and circulating the water, a heater for heating the water circulated in the constant temperature bath by the pump, and an air-bubble removing unit disposed between the suction pipe and the return pipe, having a water-tight structure to hold the constant temperature bath water therein, and removing air bubbles based on a difference in gravity between the water and the air bubbles.

According to the invention, there is provided a coating film transfer tool which can facilitate the replacement of coating film transfer tapes markedly by constructing such that when the main body is divided to be opened for supply of the refill for replacement the head automatically rotates to the tape replacement position, whereas when the main body is closed after the replacement with the refill has been completed the tape is automatically taken up to be wrapped around the distal end portion of the head whereby transfer work becomes possible.

    摘要: An annular train of reaction vessels is formed on an intermittently rotatable turntable. In order to measure test items requiring different analysis times, samples and necessary reagents are successively added to the reaction vessels. The analysis times for the test items assigned to the respective reaction vessels are stored in association with positions or numbers of the reaction vessels. Reactions for the test items requiring different analysis times proceed in parallel on the turntable. The reaction vessel whose required analysis time has expired is renewed by a vessel renew device such as a washing device and prepared for receiving the next sample. When a sample for a test item requiring a short analysis time is added to a second reaction vessel after a sample for a test item requiring a long analysis time has been added to a first reaction vessel, the second reaction vessel is renewed earlier than the first reaction vessel.
