摘要: There are provided systems and methods for a compute platform for machine leaning model roll-out. A service provider, such as an electronic transaction processor for digital transactions, may provide intelligent decision-making through decision services that execute machine learning models. When deploying or updating machine learning models in these engines and decision services, a model package may include multiple models, each of which may have an execution graph required for model execution. When models are tested from proper execution, the models may have non-performant compute items, such as model variables, that lead to improper execution and/or decision-making. A model deployer may determine and flag these compute items as non-performant and may cause these compute items to be skipped or excluded from execution. Further, the model deployer may utilize a pre-production computing environment to generate the execution graphs for the models prior to deployment or upgrading.

摘要: There are provided systems and methods for dynamically rendered interface elements during online chat sessions. A user may engage in online communications with another user, such as a communication session between a customer and a customer representative or agent of a merchant. During this communication session, the agent may navigate to particular data on the agent's device, which may be desirable to provide to the customer. For example, the agent may view a particular item of interest to the customer. An application programming interface of the merchant may detect one or more actions or calls associated with this data and may dynamically provide an interface element to transmit data displayed on the agent's device to the customer's device during the communication session. The customer may view a dynamically rendered interface element that allows for processing data during the communication session with the agent.

摘要: Aspects of the present disclosure involve systems, methods, devices, and the like for creating an application lifecycle management platform for big data applications. In one embodiment the lifecycle management platform can include a multiple-layer container file that integrates multiple big-data tools/platforms. The system may create a generic template application, create a build environment for the generic template application, create a test environment for the generic template application, and run the built generic template application in the test environment prior to the user writing any new code in the generic template application. In one embodiment, the test environment includes a container management system or virtual machine that launches the big data application (which may be the generic template application before a developer edits the file) on a separate big-data server cluster.

摘要: There are provided systems and methods for managing data dependencies in an N-layer architecture for data loading optimizations. A service provider, such as an electronic transaction processor for digital transactions, may utilize different decision services that implement rules and/or artificial intelligence models for decision-making of data including data in production computing environment. Decision services may be used for data processing and decision-making, where multiple decision services may be invoked during run-time in order to complete a data processing request. When processing data, data loads may be required by decision services, where multiple data loads that are the same or similar may be utilized by different data services. Thus, the service provider may provide data loading optimization by making these data loads available across multiple decision services. This may be done based on an intelligent and/or algorithmic process based on data storage requirements.

摘要: Systems and methods for voice authentication are disclosed. In an embodiment, a computer system may determine that a user is eligible for establishing a voice authentication capability for a user account during a real-time audio communication between a user device corresponding to the user and a communication system associated with an electronic service provider. The computer system may enhance a recording quality of a portion of the real-time audio communication and record a voice sample for the portion of the real-time audio communication at the enhanced recording quality. The computer system may generate a voiceprint based on the voice sample and enable the voice authentication capability such that the user can be authenticated by voice in future audio communications with the communication system in a minimally intrusive fashion where normal conversation can be used to capture voice samples which can be compared to the voiceprint to authenticate the user.

摘要: A computer system receives a goal for an environment, wherein the environment corresponds to at least one webpage. The computer system receives one or more classifiers corresponding to the environment, wherein the one or more classifiers provide information corresponding to a current webpage and information corresponding to one or more previous actions taken by a web crawler. The computer system identifies a recommended next action based on the one or more classifiers. The computer system transmits the recommended next action to the web crawler to cause the web crawler to perform the recommended next action.

摘要: A method of categorizing text entries on a document can include determining, for each of a plurality of text bounding boxes in the document, respective text, respective coordinates, and respective input embeddings. The method may further include defining a graph of the plurality of bounding boxes, the graph comprising a plurality of connections among the plurality of bounding boxes, each connection comprising a first and second bounding box and zero or more respective intermediate bounding boxes. The method may further include determining a respective attention value for each connection according to a quantity of intermediate bounding boxes in the connection and, based on a the respective attention values and a transformer-based machine learning model applied to the respective input embeddings and respective coordinates, determining output embeddings for each bounding box and, based on the respective output embeddings, generating a bounding box label for each bounding box.

摘要: There are provided systems and methods for communication of orders and payments in a drive through using wireless beacons. A merchant location may include a drive through with a wireless beacon established in the drive through. The beacon may provide communication services with a device for the user. The merchant may detect that the user is in a vehicle in the drive through using either the connection between the device of the user and the beacon or a camera, sensor, or other detector located near the beacon in the drive through. Based on check-in information generated on the connection, an order for the user may be accessed. The user may pay for the order using the device and through the connection to the beacon. Further, if other devices for additional users in the vehicle connect to the beacon, the additional users may split the payment for the order.

摘要: Data streaming applications may need to provide high reliability, particularly depending on the nature of the data being streamed. A framework is described that allows a data streaming application to ensure high reliability both during update operations and during ordinary operations. A unique event ID count can be recorded that reflects messages being sent from a source to the streaming application. After an update and service restart, the count can again be collected to see if data is flowing through the streaming application as expected. Unique database record counts can be reviewed (e.g. after a restart or during ordinary operations) to ensure that no records are being unexpectedly dropped. Data content sampling can also be performed to see that any data transformations are functioning properly. Corrective actions (after a restart or during ordinary operations) can also be taken, including replay of database messages that are dropped, or sending an alert.
