    摘要： A cage mill includes a housing, a disc rotatably supported within the housing, a plurality of support shafts each fixed at one end to the disc so as to form a cage, a band fixed to the other end of each of the support shafts, a plurality of ceramic pins each having a through-hole in which one of the support shafts is placed so as to support one of the ceramic pins, and a plurality of nuts each engaging with a male screw portion of each end of the support shafts for releasably fixing the support shafts and the ceramic pins to the disc and the band. The support shafts and loosely placed in the ceramic pins, respectively, so that the latter can be turned around the former when the nuts are released.

    摘要： A magnetic structure has a magnetocaloric material the temperature of which changes with application or removal of a magnetic field, and a high thermal conduction member which is in contact with the magnetocaloric material and has higher thermal conductivity than the magnetocaloric material. Further, this magnetic air-conditioning and heating device is provided with multiple of the aforementioned magnetic structures, a thermal switch which is arranged between magnetic structures and transmits or insulates heat, and a magnetic field varying unit which applies or removes a magnetic field to each of the magnetic structures. By providing in the magnetic structures a high thermal conduction member with higher thermal conductivity than the magnetocaloric material, some or all of the heat generated in the magnetocaloric material can be quickly conducted in the magnetic bodies.

    摘要： An accordion-structured welded bellows for a semiconductor-manufacturing device is characterized in that a plurality of annular bellows plates having curved surfaces in a radial direction are connected in an alternating fashion on the outside-diameter side and the inside-diameter side, wherein the annular bellows plates have a processing-side bellows plate and a non-processing-side bellows plate, a gas layer is interposed between the two bellows plates, the processing-side bellows plate is configured as a thick plate, and the non-processing-side bellows plate is configured as a thin plate. The welded bellows is less likely to be damaged by foreign matter and to be able to use the non-processing-side bellows plate to compensate for any damage to the processing-side bellows plate.
