摘要: The present invention relates to a transmission type liquid crystal mask marker which can be incorporated easily into a conventional apparatus, and which enables high-speed and high-accuracy stable printing and an increase in the S/N ratio of a sensor output. The transmission type liquid crystal mask marker thus includes a controller for, during rewriting a static marking image displayed on a transmission type liquid crystal mask, displaying a static test image and attaining an equipotential state, and thereafter repeatedly displaying the static marking image and attaining an equipotential state up to the end of the rewriting time, measuring an actual light transmittance of the static test image during rewriting, and regulating the voltage applied to the transmission type liquid crystal mask so that the actual light transmittance is equal to the optimum light transmittance. An optical filter can be provided on a light receiving device for measuring a light transmittance.

摘要: A detecting circuit 10 has two diodes 16a and 16b for rectifying an oscillation signal for driving a vibrator of a vibrating gyroscope and a detection signal for detecting a rotary angular velocity of the vibrator in the directions reverse to each other. The diodes 16a and 16b are connected with two resistors 20a and 20b for composing these rectified signals. A connection point 21 of the resistors 20a and 20b is connected to a base of a PNP transistor 22. The emitter of the transistor 22 is connected to a positive potential and a collector thereof is grounded through a resistor Further, to the collector of the transistor 22, an output terminal 28 is connected.

摘要: A hair drying device includes a blower unit incorporating a fan and a heater for generating a hot air blow and provided at its one end with an air outlet for discharging the hot air blow. The blower unit is pivotally supported to a frame which is adapted to be mounted in or on a generally vertical wall of a room for pivotally supporting the blower unit at the other end about a horizontal axis so that the blower unit is capable of moving about the horizontal axis within a predetermined angular range between a retracted position of directing the air outlet generally vertically downwardly and an extended position of directing the air outlet outwardly and downwardly. A start position is provided offset adjacent to the retracted position so as to define within the angular range a swing range extending from the start position to the extended position. The blower unit is driven to swing within the swing range about the horizontal axis in a reciprocating manner. A control circuit is included to actuate the fan and the heater only when the blower unit swings within thus defined swing range and disable the fan and the heater while the blower unit moves between the retracted position and the start position.

摘要: In a process for producing a phenolic compound which comprises treating an aralkyl hydroperoxide with a mineral acid to cleave it to phenolic compound and a ketone, neutralizing or removing the mineral acid, feeding the resulting acid cleavage mixture containing the salt to a distillation column, distilling it therein to separate it into an overhead fraction consisting mainly of the ketone and a bottom fraction consisting mainly of the phenolic compound, and recovering the phenolic compound from the bottom fraction; the improvement which comprises withdrawing a liquid layer from a site of feeding the acid cleavage mixture in the distillation column or from a site below it but above the bottom of the distillation column, subjecting the liquid layer to an oil-water separating means, recycling the separated oil layer to a site below said site of withdrawal, optionally feeding a hydrocarbon having a lower boiling point than the phenolic compound but a higher boiling point than the keton and/or water to the distillation column, and recovering the phenolic compound from the bottom fraction whose salt content has thus been reduced.

摘要: A paper sheets identification apparatus to identify the monetary kinds of paper sheets and to determine whether or not they are genuine provides for a simplified and general purpose detection to be performed irrespectively of the difference in the portions of each of such sheets in which their optical characteristics are arranged. The paper sheets identification apparatus includes a light emitting element; a light receiving element disposed opposite to the light emitting element with the transport path of such sheets interposed therebetween; a plurality of reflective mirrors to conduct light emitted from the light emitting element to the light receiving element; and a guide to move at least one of the reflective mirrors to the direction crosswise to the transport direction of such sheets within a surface in parallel with the carriage surface.
