    摘要: A hydraulic unit for an electronically controllable brake system of a vehicle includes a housing block with mounting faces for instance for an electric motor and an electronic control unit; a plurality of connections for hydraulically contacting the block; and installation chambers, for pump elements, valves, and damping devices. These damping devices are connected hydraulically downstream to the pump elements, in order to damp operation-caused pressure pulsations and noises. Installation chambers (18i-k) for the damping devices and the installation chambers (18a-h) of the valves extend to a common mounting face of the housing block intended for mounting the electronic control unit. The damping devices protrude past this mounting face.

    摘要: The invention relates to a hydraulic unit of a vehicle hydraulic brake system having a hydraulic block, a storage unit, and a holding unit. The storage unit is inserted into the hydraulic block, and the holding unit is adjusted for holding the hydraulic block locally fixed to an associated vehicle. The storage unit is constructed with a holding surface which forms a section of the outer side of the hydraulic unit, and the holding unit engages with the holding surface of the storage unit in order to hold the hydraulic block locally fixed above the storage unit. Furthermore, the invention also relates to a storage unit where one outer surface of the storage unit which forms an outer side of the hydraulic unit is constructed as a holding surface for attaching the hydraulic block in the vehicle.

The stay bolt comprises a connecting pin and a threaded shank having an external thread onto which the screw element can be screwed in order to move the clamping sleeve axially on the stay bolt towards the elastic damping element. The clamping sleeve and the screw element are in the form of a one-piece clamping element having a bearing shoulder, wherein the axial force generated by the clamping element as a result of the screwing-on movement acts via the bearing shoulder on the elastic damping element. A fluid assembly includes at least one such device for vibration-damping mounting.

    摘要: An electronically regulatable vehicle brake system, in which a master cylinder cooperates with a hydraulic unit having electronically triggerable valves for modulating the brake pressure of the system. A triggerable, externally driven pressure generator is provided for this purpose; its intake side can be made to communicate with the master cylinder via an intake line controllable by an intake valve unit. For this purpose, an electronically triggerable magnet valve and a mechanical blocking valve are connected in parallel. The blocking valve has a blocking valve member, which when a pressure threshold in the master cylinder is exceeded can be moved out of an open basic position into a blocking position counter to the force of a compression spring. As the electromagnet valve of the intake valve unit, a valve that is structurally identical to one of the valves for modulating the brake pressure can be used.
