Abstract:
The invention relates to a maintaining device which comprises a nut a bolt and a damping element, which secures a housing of motor vehicle assembly to a maintaining element. According to the invention, the nut, the bolt and the damping element are premounted as a pre-assembly, which can be inserted into a pre-prepared hole in the housing of the motor vehicle assembly. The damping element, which is arranged in the housing of the motor vehicle assembly, supports the bolt.
Abstract:
A hydraulic unit for an electronically controllable brake system of a vehicle includes a housing block with mounting faces for instance for an electric motor and an electronic control unit; a plurality of connections for hydraulically contacting the block; and installation chambers, for pump elements, valves, and damping devices. These damping devices are connected hydraulically downstream to the pump elements, in order to damp operation-caused pressure pulsations and noises. Installation chambers (18i-k) for the damping devices and the installation chambers (18a-h) of the valves extend to a common mounting face of the housing block intended for mounting the electronic control unit. The damping devices protrude past this mounting face.
Abstract:
A pressure fluid reservoir for a traction-controlled vehicle brake system; a reservoir unit including a plurality of pressure fluid reservoirs; and a method for producing a pressure fluid reservoir are disclosed. The pressure fluid reservoir with its structural size unchanged, has a larger installation space for a restoring element cooperating with a reservoir piston and at the same time can be produced economically. To that end, as the reservoir piston, a component reshaped in non-metal-cutting fashion from a sheet-metal material is proposed, on whose circumference an encompassing receptacle for a piston seal is integrally formed, likewise in non-metal-cutting fashion. The reservoir piston can be produced by deep drawing; the receptacle for the piston seal can be produced by roller-burnishing. Both method steps can be performed economically in one combined operation.
