摘要: An electrode includes a substrate, a contact layer, and a metal layer. The substrate has activated Si on the surface thereof. The contact layer includes a thin film (organic molecular film) made of an organic molecule having a first end with one of a CH group, a CH2 group, and a CH3 group and a second end with one of an amino group, a mercapto group, a phenyl group, and a carboxyl group. The thin film is formed on the surface of the substrate. A catalyst metal is applied to the surface of the organic molecular film. The metal layer is formed on the contact layer by an electroless plating process.

摘要: A method for producing a metal thin film on a substrate includes: a step of applying an ink to a flat blanket; a first transfer step of bringing the first blanket and a letterpress having a predetermined pattern of projections into contact by a pressure compression while the flat blanked and the letterpress being disposed opposite each other, to selectively transfer a portion of the ink on the flat blanket corresponding to the projections to the letterpress; a second transfer step of bringing the flat blanket obtained after the first transfer step and the substrate into contact by pressure compression while the flat blanket and the substrate being disposed opposite each other, to transfer the ink remaining on the flat blanket to the substrate; and a step of subjecting the substrate obtained after the second transfer step to electroless plating to deposit a metal thin film on the substrate.

摘要: A write PLL circuit generates a write clock signal for writing a video signal into a line memory. A readout PLL circuit generates a read clock signal for reading out the video signal stored in the line memory. An inner pincushion distortion correction voltage generation circuit modulates a correction waveform in the horizontal scanning period of time by a correction waveform in the vertical scanning period of time, to generate an inner pincushion distortion correction waveform, and adds a DC correction pulse to the inner pincushion distortion correction waveform and outputs the inner pincushion distortion correction waveform as an inner pincushion distortion correction voltage. A capacitive coupling circuit superimposes the inner pincushion distortion correction voltage on an output voltage of a loop filter of the readout PLL circuit, and feeds the inner pincushion distortion correction voltage to a VCO as a control voltage.

摘要: To provide an accelerator system having a wide ion beam current control range, being capable of operating with low power consumption and a long maintenance interval and being capable of preventing unnecessarily large dose of the ion beam for irradiation from erroneously being supplied to the downstream side of the system. In an accelerator system designed to treat the patient with irradiation of a high-energy ion beam accelerated by a post-accelerator 4 comprising a synchrotron in irradiation rooms 6 to 8, a value of ion beam current to be supplied to the post-accelerator 4 is controlled by a pre-accelerator comprising an ion source 10, quadrupole electromagnet 15, radio frequency quadrupole accelerator 17 and a drift tube type accelerator 19. The accelerator system featuring low power consumption, a long maintenance interval and high reliability can be made available.

摘要: A torque can be transmitted by a bushing 101 located between a pair of torque transmitting members. The bushing 101 is constructed out of resin and metal such that the part made of resin does not significantly contact the torque transmitting members. The bushing 101 includes an annular portion 102 made of resin and a connecting portion 103 made of metal. The connecting portion 103 is molded in an annular portion 102. The connecting portion 103 has parts (117 and 118), which are connected with the torque transmitting members so as to be able to transmit a torque therebetween. In a preferred embodiment, the bushing 101 is part of a dampening mechanism 6, which generates a friction between a hub flange 18 and a hub 3 when both of the portions rotate relatively. The bushing 101 supports a plurality of springs 21 to elastically couple a fixing plate 20 of the hub flange 18 to the hub 3. The bushing 101 rotates with the hub 3, while the fixing plate 20 rotates with the hub flange 18. The fixing plate 20 includes a first disk-shaped part 71 and a second disk-shaped plate 73. The second disk-shaped plate 73 engages bushing 101 to generate a friction therebetween when the hub 3 and the hub flange 18 rotate relative to each other.

摘要: Light emitted from a light emitting device is reflected by a first reflection curved face so that the travel direction of the light is almost perpendicularly diffused, the light is reflected by a reflection face circumferentially formed on an end face of a rotor in the direction parallel to an axial line, and after that, the light is supplied to a stator side along a cylindrical part on the outer periphery of the rotor. In a stator, light is condensed again in the axial direction by a reflection face and, after that, the light is reflected by a second reflection curved face and is received by a photo sensing device. In this instance, since the light passed through whole slits on the end face of the rotor and whole slits in the peripheral part of the stator is converged and then detected by an FG, the signal level upon detection is increased, the detection accuracy is improved at low cost.

摘要: A twin-clutch device is provided that overcomes problems relating to a releasing property, a start property and a phase shift between clutch disks. The device includes first and second clutch disk assemblies 5 and 6, an intermediate plate 7, a clutch cover assembly 9, strap plates 16 and control mechanism. The intermediate plate 7 is disposed between the two clutch disk assemblies. The clutch cover assembly 9 has a pressure plate 17 and a diaphragm spring 18. The strap plates 16 bias the pressure plate 17 away from the flywheel 2. The control unit operates in a clutch switching operation to move the intermediate plate 7 at a slower speed than the pressure plate 17 upon start of movement of the pressure plate 17, and then to move both the intermediate plate 7 and the pressure plate 17 in synchronization with each other after the pressure plate 17 moves a distance corresponding to a predetermined stroke.

摘要: A clutch disc assembly includes a flange having a plurality of window holes formed in a circumferential direction about the flange. A clutch plate and a retaining plate are disposed on either side the flange. The clutch plate and the retaining plate are fixed to each other and include a plurality of window holes corresponding to the window holes of the flange. A plurality of first coil springs are disposed in the window holes of the flange such that each end of the first coil springs are supported in the circumferential direction by the window holes in the retaining plate and the clutch plate. Protrusions are formed on circumferentially opposite ends of the window holes in the flange. The protrusions are configured to engage the first coil spring in response to rotary displacement between the flange and the retaining and clutch plates. Upon engagement between the ends of the first coil spring and the protrusions, the protrusions limit the radial outward movement of the first coil spring. In a second embodiment, the clutch disc assembly includes a spring seat retained within the window hole and which engages the first coil spring to limit radial movement of the first coil spring.
