The method includes: detecting electrostatic capacitances in relation with a reference object for position alignment by a plurality of electrostatic capacitance detecting electrodes provided on a surface of the substrate body; communicating with each electrostatic capacitance detecting electrode and controlling a detection of each electrostatic capacitance detecting electrode; and calculating coordinates (x, y) of the reference object with respect to the substrate body based on a preset relationship between electrostatic capacitance values of multiple electrostatic capacitance detecting electrodes and a position of the reference object with respect to the substrate body.

A color conversion unit converts the edge signal to add colors according to the calculation result. An adder unit adds the color-converted edge signal and the luminance signal. The heat-resistant layer is comprised of a gas-permeable fireproof material layer, and gas for pressurizing inside the ladle body is introduced from the gas inlet via the gas-permeable fireproof layer.

    摘要: A level shift circuit consisting MOSFETs is provided which comprises at least two bias voltage supply circuits and a driver circuit cascaded between input and output terminals of the level shift circuit. The first stage of the bias voltage supply circuits receives an input voltage and the last stage thereof supplies a level-shifted voltage to the driver circuit. The driver circuit includes N- and P-channel transistors. Gates of the transistors of the driver circuit receive the level-shifted voltage from the bias voltage supply circuits and the input voltage, respectively. Sources of the transistors of the driver circuit are commonly connected to the output terminal to provide an output voltage.
