    摘要: The invention relates to a high-pressure discharge lamp with a substantially elongate bulb which has two neck regions and a vacuumtight discharge chamber in a central position. The invention further relates to a reflector lamp and a projection system comprising such a high-pressure discharge lamp. A disadvantage of known lamps is formed by the too high temperatures of critical components. According to the invention, therefore, it is suggested that the high-pressure discharge lamp is provided at least partly with a reflection layer at least in a neck region. The reflection layer reflects radiation in the entire spectrum (ultraviolet, visible, infrared) and is used in particular as a heat shield layer which reflects the radiation incident on the neck region at the lamp end and acting as heat radiation, so that an additional heating is prevented or at least reduced.

The laser sensor comprises at least one semiconductor laser light source emitting laser radiation and at least one photodetector (6) monitoring the laser radiation of the laser light source.     摘要: The invention relates to a light application apparatus (1) for applying light to an object (3). A light source (4) generates processing light (2) and sensing light (5), which are coupled into the object (3). A light detector (8) detects the sensing light (5) after having left the object (3), and a control unit (9) controls the light source (4) such that processing light (2) in a processing time interval and sensing light (5) in a sensing time interval are alternately generated. Since processing light and sensing light are generated alternately, the generation of the processing light and of the sensing light is decoupled, i.e. the processing light can be optimized for processing purposes and the sensing light can be optimized for sensing purposes. This allows improving the quality of sensing the object and, thus, the quality of controlling the application of light depending on properties of the object.

The invention also refers to a method of stabilizing a laser emission of a large area VCSEL in a desired angular distribution (501, 502). With the proposed device and method, the intensity distribution of a large area VCSEL can be stabilized in a desired shape, for example a ring shape.
