Abstract: The disclosure relates to a cell supervision circuit and a battery pack. The cell supervision circuit comprises a circuit board; a heat transfer unit including a metal plate disposed adjacent to the circuit board, wherein the heat transfer unit dissipates heat through the metal plate; and a fixing plate connected to the heat transfer unit, wherein the fixing plate includes a body portion and an elastic portion formed on the body portion, and the elastic portion is used for filling a gap between the metal plate and the fixing plate. In the cell supervision circuit according to the embodiment of the disclosure, the problem of heat resistance instability generated during heat dissipation is solved, and the heat dissipation effect of the cell supervision circuit is improved.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to a fixing band for a battery module and a battery module. The fixing band comprises a first end portion, a connecting section and a second end portion which are arranged successively in an extending direction of the fixing band. The first end portion includes a body and engaging grooves which are protruded in a thickness direction of the body. The engaging grooves are integral with the body. The second end portion has engaging protrusions which are shaped to match the engaging grooves. The first end portion and the second end portion are laminated in the thickness direction and are engaged with each other by the engaging grooves and the engaging protrusions, so that the fixing band encloses an annular accommodation space.

The secondary battery comprises a case, the battery cap assembly and an electrode assembly. The battery module comprises the first connecting piece and the secondary batteries.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a casing for a battery pack and a battery pack. The casing has a receiving space and an opening in communication with the receiving space, the receiving space is formed by a wall portion of the casing, and the wall portion is formed from two or more stacked base plates, between which a plurality of cavities are formed. By forming a plurality of cavities in the wall portion, the casing for a battery pack provided by the present disclosure not only can improve the bearing capacity and the impact resistance of the casing, but also can achieve a thermal management of the battery assembly by filling the plurality of cavities with a phase change material or cooling liquid, which can further improve the mechanical property of the casing with a relatively light weight and relatively high reliability.

Abstract: A cap structure of a power battery includes first and second electrode components, a cap plate attached to the first and second electrode components, and a turnable plate connected to the second electrode component. The first electrode component is electrically isolated from the cap plate and includes a first terminal and a first connecting block. The first connecting block is located above the cap plate and includes a terminal connecting portion, a fusing portion, and a turnable plate connecting portion. In case that an internal pressure of the power battery exceeds a reference pressure, the turnable plate is turned over and in contact with the turnable plate connecting portion, such that the first terminal is electrically connected to the second electrode component.
