摘要: A method for allowing in-place programming of clock buffer delays of clock buffers in an integrated circuit clock tree is presented. The clock tree comprises at least one clock driver connected between a clock driver input line and a clock driver output line. Each clock driver comprises a plurality of clock buffers connected in series between the clock driver input line and, potentially, the clock driver output line. Metal is reserved in intervening metal layers within a clock driver block between the clock driver input line and the input of a first one of said plurality of clock buffers in the variable clock buffer chain. Metal is reserved on one or more metal layers for connecting the output of each of the clock buffers in the clock buffer chain to the clock driver output line. The metal layers are partitioned into one or more programming layers and one or more non-programming layers. Then, for each clock buffer in the clock buffer chain, an output connection route is mapped between the output of the respective clock buffer to the clock driver output line through the plurality of metal layers. Metal corresponding to the output connection route is then implemented on each of said non-programming layers. During design, a desired clock driver delay for the clock driver is determined. Metal corresponding to the output connection route on each of said programming layers to connect the output of the clock buffer corresponding to the desired delay to the clock driver output line.

The body has an outer surface and an inner surface, and defines a cavity with an upper opening and a lower opening. The body further having a central region with a first wall and a second wall spaced apart therefrom, and, a first curved wall spanning between the first wall and the second wall and a second curved wall spanning between the first wall and the second wall. The first and second curved walls are outwardly convex and define a peak region on each of the first and second curved walls. Applying a pinching force upon the first and second curved walls toward each other drives the first wall and second wall further apart, to, in turn, temporarily widen at least one of the lower and the upper openings of the body.

摘要: An apparatus and method for electrostatic spray deposition of small targets, such as medical devices like stents. The apparatus includes a target holder which applies a first electrical potential to the target, and an electrostatic dispensing nozzle which applies a second potential sufficient to attract the coating fluid from the nozzle toward the target. Because the entire dispensing nozzle is conductive, the coating fluid may receive a greater charge than may be obtained with internal electrode-type nozzles. Electrostatic attraction of the coating fluid to the target is enhanced by the combination of higher charge density imparted to the coating fluid by the conductive nozzle, and application of a momentary voltage spike to the target to provide consistent conductivity between the target and its holder, thereby ensuring the target is presents the full first potential applied to the holder. The voltage spike may also be used independently of the conductive nozzle.

摘要: The present invention provides a disposable trumpet valve tube cassette assembly, as well as, a surgical irrigation instrument that includes a probe assembly, a pump, a removable pump cartridge, and a socket. The probe assembly provides passage of fluids for irrigating the body interior and for evacuating matter from the body interior. The pump provides for pumping irrigation fluid through the probe assembly into the body interior. A pump cartridge defines a pumping chamber. Electronic control circuitry includes an electronics controller and a trumpet valve switch interface. The electronics controller includes a pulse generator that generates pulses, the duty cycle of the pulses controlling the speed of the motor. The trumpet valve switch interface is in electronic connection to a switch, the interface providing a signal to the controller.

摘要: Anchoring mechanisms for releasably securing an intravascular device along an elongated member such as a guidewire or catheter. The anchoring mechanism may include an object that can be actuated between an unlocked position and a locked position. In the unlocked position, the anchoring mechanism is slidably and rotationally disposed about the elongated member. In the locked position, the anchoring mechanism is releasably secured to the elongated member, preventing movement thereon. A placement mechanism such as a tubular member can be utilized to actuate the anchoring mechanism between the unlocked and locked positions.
