Abstract: An information indication method is provided, including: A terminal-side device receives first higher layer signaling from a network-side device, where the first higher layer signaling is used to configure N bandwidth parts BWPs, and N is a positive integer. The terminal-side device receives downlink control information from the network-side device, where the downlink control information includes an indication field. When N is less than a maximum quantity of BWPs that can be configured through the first higher layer signaling when the terminal-side device is in a connected mode (for example, an RRC connected mode) or a maximum quantity of BWPs that can be determined by using candidate bit states of the indication field that is used to determine an active BWP and that is in the downlink control information, the indication field indicates a position of the active BWP located in an initial BWP and the N BWPs.

Abstract: A method for establishing a tunnel between local gateways, and a gateway are disclosed. The method includes: determining, by an RGW, that UE is handed over from an S-LGW to a T-LGW, where before the UE is handed over, a packet of a local service of the UE is forwarded by the S-LGW between the UE and an application server of the local service, and the local service includes a same service that is deployed on the S-LGW and that is accessed by the UE before and after the UE is handed over; sending, by the RGW to the S-LGW and the T-LGW respectively, a first request message and a second request message to request to establish a tunnel, where the tunnel is used to transmit the packet of the local service between the S-LGW and the T-LGW; and establishing the tunnel between the S-LGW and the T-LGW.

Abstract: The present invention provides a bearer processing method and system, and a related apparatus. A GW-U is configured to: receive a data packet and match the data packet with a rule; and send bearer processing indication information to a GW-C if a rule matching result of the data packet meets a trigger condition for bearer processing, where the bearer processing indication information is used to trigger the GW-C to perform bearer processing according to quality of service QoS information of a data service corresponding to the data packet. The GW-C is configured to: receive the bearer processing indication information from the GW-U, determine, according to the bearer processing indication information, the QoS information of the data service corresponding to the data packet, and perform bearer processing according to the QoS information of the data service corresponding to the data packet.

Abstract: A scheduling grant control method, user equipment, and a network device are disclosed. The method includes: receiving grant information sent by a network device, where the grant information indicates a grant value of data transmission on an uplink data channel by user equipment; determining an effectively starting moment of the grant information according to the grant value and a reception moment at which the grant information is received; and adjusting, on the uplink data channel and based on the grant value, transmission of the data at the effectively starting moment. Based on the foregoing technical solutions, in the scheduling grant control method in embodiments of the present invention, after receiving grant information, UE may flexibly select different effectively starting moments according to different grant information.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a data packet processing apparatus located in a value-added-service (VAS) network. A transceiver module of the data packet processing apparatus receives a first data packet; a processing module determines, according to a load status of each VAS instance corresponding to each VAS type in a service chain that the first data packet is to go through, a service path that the first data packet is to go through the transceiver module sends the first data packet carrying a service path identifier to a data packet routing apparatus in the network, to instruct the data packet routing apparatus to route the first data packet according to the service path identified by the service path identifier. Load on each VAS instance is considered to avoid that load on devices in a same VAS type is uneven.
