Disclosed is a mounting structure of a carrier roller that can decrease vibration occurred in an endless track chain assembly because a location of a carrier roller installed on a lower frame can be controlled. According to the present invention, the mounting structure of the carrier roller is a mounting structure of a carrier roller installed on a lower frame for supporting an upper side of an endless track chain assembly. Further, the mounting structure of the carrier roller includes a mounting part installed on the lower frame, a support part coupled to the mounting part so as to enable its location to be controlled, and a carrier roller coupled to the support part for supporting the endless track chain assembly.

A system and method for controlling call admission control in a mobile communication system enables call admission control function to be conducted in a forward link of the mobile communication system. The call admission control method includes a call admission control process, in which voice calls and data calls are distinguished from each other, minimum resource availability is checked, a voice call priority function is conducted, and a maximum supplemental channel (SCH) for the data call is established. According to this process QoS (Quality of Service) for all users is satisfied to the greatest extent and the occurrence of call reject and call drop of voice calls and data calls are reduced. Further, the voice call priority may be guaranteed and the database related to the call admission control may be adjusted easily by the system operator according to the relevant cell environment.

Disclosed is a polymannuronate composition including polymannuronate having molecular weight from about 4,000 to about 500,000 in a high purity. The composition can be used in producing nutritional compositions such as functional foods and health aids. Also, the composition can be used in a pharmaceutical composition along with a pharmaceutical carrier. The composition has various effects, including controlling serum lipids, preventing hyperlipidemia, preventing obesity, preventing diabetes, enhancing functions of liver, expelling heavy metals from a body, etc. Further disclosed is a process to producing the polymannuronate composition, in which alginate is hydrolyzed and then the polymannuronate components are isolated. Further disclosed herein is a composition produced by that process. In the hydrolysis, an organic acid is preferably used, and the isolation of the polymannuronate involves adjustment of pH of the resulting mixture of the hydrolysis.

The present invention relates to an implantable composition for treating a damaged tissue and a method for inducing an in vivo migration of a cell for treatment to a damaged tissue region. The present invention treats the damaged tissue by inducing/promoting homing of a cell for tissue generation by implanting a biodegradable scaffold reacted with chemotactic factors (for example, IL-8 or MIP-3α) to a damaged location (for example, joint cartilage or skin). Thus, the composition of the present invention can not only be applied to the treatment of a damaged bone tissue, a joint cartilage, or a skin tissue more conveniently and efficiently compared to the conventional technology, but can also be used as a useful treatment supplement agent in cell treatment using allogeneic cell by enabling efficient utilization of cell resources for treatment, the cell resources which are high in scarcity.
