摘要: When a predetermined voltage is applied between electrodes (302), metal ions deposit in a solid electrolyte (308), and thereby a conduction channel (310) is formed therein. The solid electrolyte switch (300) is thus turned on. Because this deposition mechanism is reversible, application of reverse voltage between the electrodes of the solid electrolyte switch (300) already turned on makes the deposited metal atoms to migrate in the solid electrolyte to thereby thin the conduction channel 300, thereby the channel finally disappears, and the solid electrolyte switch (300) is turned into a non-conductive state. Use of this switch successfully realizes an IC tag which can automatically be nullified without artificial nullification.

摘要: Provided is a signal processor including a band-pass filter and a low noise amplifier, which are covered with a vacuum insulation layer and cooled by a refrigerator. Further, a getter material where a heater for activation is built therein is installed in the vacuum insulation layer as a mechanism to control increase of gas pressure inside the vacuum insulation layer. The getter material is heated and activated by the heater when activating the refrigerator, and thus the gas pressure inside the vacuum insulation layer is reduced by operation of the getter material and status of vacuum insulation can be improved when the refrigerator is activated after the refrigerator has been stopped due to a power outage or the like.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a technique through which a raster scan program which can obtain a signal which is more excellent in strength and sensitivity than a signal which is areally averaged within a well formed in a channel in an electrophoresis chip can be programmed. A raster scan system of the present invention is a raster scan system which raster-scans a sample accommodation portion of a chip through a laser, at least a matrix is in the sample accommodation portion, and an irradiation frequency for each laser irradiation location of the sample accommodation portion of the chip is determined based on an irradiation frequency dependence of a signal strength for each irradiation location of the sample accommodation portion which is obtained by irradiating a laser to the sample accommodation portion.

摘要: A template 3 manufactured to have high-accuracy protrusions and recesses in advance by a lithography technology employing an electron beam is pressed against a resist film 2 applied onto a substrate 1 thus transferring a resist pattern 5. A thin metal film 6 foe electrode s then formed on the resist pattern 5 formed by transfer and then it is stripped off by a lift-off method along with the resist film 2.

摘要: An electronic equipment includes one or more electronic devices, a cold stage, and a cold insulation member. The one or more electronic devices perform a predetermined operation within a predetermined temperature range. The cold stage cools down the one or more electronic devices to a predetermined operational temperature at which the one or more electronic devices is operable. The phase transition temperature of the cold insulation member is in a range between the predetermined operational temperature and an upper limit of the predetermined temperature range. The cold insulation member is arranged adjacent to the one or more electronic devices, and retains the temperature of the one or more electronic devices within the predetermined temperature range. At least one electronic devices over which the cold insulation member is arranged is partially formed from a material which is in a superconductive state at the predetermined operational temperature.
