摘要: A device for detecting a load torque using angle detectors fitted with a certain spacing on a shaft which is rotated by a drive source and on the basis of a relative angular difference of angles detected by the angle detectors. The device includes two rotary drums or discs fitted with a certain spacing on the drive side and load side of the shaft, with a plurality of magnetic poles for generating magnetic signals being formed on the surface thereof, and a magnetic sensor disposed to confront the surface of the rotary drums or discs, with magnetic resistance effect elements which vary in internal resistance in response to the magnetism of the magnetic poles being provided thereon. The amount of torsion created by the load on the load side of the rotary shaft is measured as a phase difference of outputs of the magnetic sensor, and the torque is detected in terms of the angular difference between the magnetic drums or discs. The device is operative to detect a torque in both storage and rotation, and capable of detection within a period of magnetic signal, whereby high-accuracy, high-resolution torque detection is made possible.

摘要: A self-routing packet-switching network is equipped with a first-in-first-out input queue at each external input terminal and an address checker at each external output terminal. Packets are deleted from the input queues only in response to acknowledge signals from the address checkers, indicating reception at the correct external output terminal. This arrangement efficiently assures that every packet is sent until it is routed to the correct address.

摘要: In an industrial process for preparing indole by reacting aniline and ethylene glycol, high boiling-point impurities and non-volatile substances are removed in advance from the reaction mixture either before the recovery of aniline from the reaction mixture or before the subsequent rectification of the resultant indole. 摘要: Polyorganosiloxane compositions for surface treatment comprising:(A) a polydiorganosiloxane having a viscosity of 50 cSt to 10,000,000 cSt at 25.degree. C., the terminal units of which are blocked by hydroxy groups;(B) a curing agent which comprises a mixture or a partially reacted mixture of:(1) a polyorganosiloxane composed of structural units represented by the formula:(R.sup.1).sub.a SiO(.sub.4-a)/2 wherein, R.sup.1 s are the same or different and each represents a hydrogen atom or a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbyl group and at least two R.sup.1 s out of the total R.sup.1 s in a molecule are monovalent hydrocarbyl groups substituted by an epoxy-containing group; and a represents an integer of 1 to 3, and having a polymerization degree of 10 to 5,000;(2) a silane and/or a siloxane having a substituted or unsubstituted amino group bonded to a silicon atom via at least one carbon atom and also having at least one alkoxy group bonded to a silicon atom; at a proportion of 0.1 to 10 amino groups contained in (2) per epoxy-containing group contained in (1); and(C) a polymethylsilsesquioxane having a mean particle diameter of 0.1 to 100 .mu.m.

摘要: A paper feeder equipped with copying paper cassettes comprises a cassette-receiving section within the housing of a copying apparatus for mounting thereon a plurality of copying paper cassettes containing sheets of copying paper having different sizes. Each of the paper cassettes includes a main body for holding paper sheets which has an opening formed at the forward end portion of its bottom wall and a bottom plate for placing paper sheets thereon which is mounted on the bottom wall of the main body of the cassette so that it can freely pivot about its rear end portion as a fulcrum. The housing of the coyping apparatus has provided therein a press-contacting mechanism adapted to act on the bottom plate of the cassette through the opening in the main cassette body. The bottom plate of at least that paper cassete which contains sheets of copying paper having a relatively large size has a compensation piece formed therein so that the press-contacting pressure under which the uppermost paper sheet of the sheets of paper having a relatively large size is kept in press contact with a paper feeding member provided in the cassette-receiving section becomes substantially equal to the press-contacting pressure under which the uppermost paper sheet of the sheets of copying paper having a relatively small size is kept in press contact with the paper feeding member.

摘要: A rail apparatus positioned around the surface of a reactor pressure vessel surfaces (1) for carrying equipment such as a flaw detector to permit the equipment to move along the surface of a reactor pressure vessel in the vertical and circumferential directions. The rail apparatus has a plurality of vertical rails (81) and at least one circumferential rail (82) connected to the vertical rails through turn tables (83) at respective points of intersection. Each vertical rail (81) is supported by a supporting member wall fixed at its one end to a gamma-ray shielding wall (2) surrounding the reactor pressure vessel. The vertical and circumferential rails as a unit are retained by the gamma-ray shielding member (84) through oscillation prevention means (86).
