    摘要： According to one embodiment, a radio device includes: a mounting board having a conductive plane; a semiconductor package mounted on the mounting board and having a interposer having a conductive plane, a semiconductor chip mounted on one surface of the interposer, and an antenna having a conductive element formed on the one surface and connected to the semiconductor chip; and a plurality of connection portions connecting the mounting board and the interposer. A first electrical length of the first connection portion which is nearest the conductive element among the plurality of connection portions or a second electrical length of the first connection portion including a conductive plane of the mounting board or interposer connected to the first connection portion is less than ½ wavelength of the operating frequency of the antenna.

    摘要： An antenna device of an embodiment includes: an antenna having a feeding point and an end portion apart from the feeding point, the end portion being an open end; a variable impedance matching circuit connected to the antenna at the feeding point; a probe placed in such a position that the distance from the end portion to a tip of the probe is equal to or shorter than one eighth of the wavelength corresponding to the maximum radio frequency used in the antenna device; and a controller that is connected to the probe, and controls the variable impedance matching circuit, based on an electrical signal measured with the probe.

The slot pair has a first slot and a second slot provided so that a slot length direction is oblique to a line direction of the waveguide line. A center of the first slot and a center of the second slot are spaced apart from each other by not less than a half of the shorter one of the slot length of the first slot and the slot length of the second slot along the slot length direction.

    摘要： An antenna device includes an antenna substrate and a feed line substrate. The antenna substrate includes subarray antennas, feeding interfaces and a back surface. The subarray antennas are arranged parallel with an interval on a plane. Each subarray antenna includes antenna elements and first feed lines. The first feed lines feed signals from the feeding interface on back surface to the antenna elements. The feed line substrate is attached along back surface and includes second feed lines, first and second mode transformers. Each second feed line has one and other ends portions. Other end portion has wider width than one end portion. Each first mode transformer is located in one end portion and connected to the feeding interface. Each second mode transformer is located in other end portion. One end portions are arranged in a line with interval, and other end portions are alternately arranged across one end portions.
