The RAN paging message is based on a first RAN area identifier of the first base station being identical to the second RAN area identifier.

Abstract: A wireless device receives configuration parameters indicating data bearers each identified by a data bearer identifier. The data bearers comprise: first data bearer(s) configured with duplication; and second data bearer(s) that are not configured with duplication. A received control element comprises duplication activation bits comprising an activation bit for a first data bearer of the first data bearer(s). A first position of the activation bit in the control element identifies a second position of a first data bearer identifier in an ordered list of data bearer identifiers of the first data bearer(s) configured with the duplication. The ordered list of data bearer identifiers excludes the second data bearer(s). In response to the duplication being activated for the first data bearer: a first packet via a first cell; and a duplicate of the first packet is transmitted via a second cell different from the first cell.

Abstract: A wireless device receives a radio resource control message. The radio resource control message comprises a periodicity of uplink resources of an uplink configured periodic grant. A buffer status report (BSR) for transmission is triggered in response to data becoming available for uplink transmission. The BSR indicates a size of the data. Based on the triggering of the BSR, an uplink scheduling request is triggered in response to receiving no additional resource for uplink transmission while the uplink resources for the uplink configured periodic grant are available. The scheduling request is transmitted.

Abstract: A wireless power transmitter is provided. The wireless power transmitter includes an inverter configured to output alternating current (AC) power using direct current (DC) power, a coil configured to receive the AC power, and a control circuitry, wherein the control circuitry is configured to identify an input associated with transmitting the AC power, output the AC power at a specified frequency determined according to the input, using the inverter, transmit the AC power to an external electronic device using the coil, and, while at least partially transmitting the AC power to the external electronic device, transmit information associated with an amount of the DC power input to the inverter to output the AC power to the external electronic device, such that the external electronic device identifies transmission efficiency of the AC power using the information associated with the amount of DC power.

The layer 1 RSRP report comprises: a first field indicating a reference signal of the reference signals of the secondary cell; and a second field indicating a layer 1 RSRP value of the reference signal.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and a device for managing an operation mode of an electronic device which uses a low power wide area network (LPWAN). According to various embodiments of the present invention, the electronic device comprises: a communication circuit for providing wireless communication by means of LPWAN; a state detection circuit for monitoring the movement of the electronic device; a location measuring circuit for detecting the location of the electronic device; a processor electrically connected to the communication circuit, the state detection circuit and the location measuring circuit; a memory electrically connected to the processor and storing instructions enabling the processor to transmit, using the communication circuit, at least one message including the location; and a battery for supplying power to the communication circuit, the state detection circuit, the location measuring circuit, the processor and the memory, wherein the electronic device may be configured so as to operate in one state among a first state or a second state on the basis of the monitored movement, wherein, in the first state, the electronic device transmits the message in intervals of a first time, and maintains the processor in a low-power or sleep mode during all other times, and in the second state, the processor is in the low-power or sleep mode, and after the monitored movement exceeds a threshold value during a first selected duration, the processor wakes up and transmits the message. In addition, various embodiments are possible.

One or more symbols of a resource of the configured periodic grant are determining based on the timing offset, the symbol number, and the first periodicity. One or more transport blocks are transmitted, via the resource of the configured periodic grant, employing the demodulation reference signal parameters.
