Abstract:
An apparatus and method for feeding back hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information are provided. The apparatus and method include user equipment (UE) that first receives a downlink grant (DL-GRANT) which schedules downlink HARQ transmission in a time-frequency bundling window corresponding to an uplink subframe used for feeding back HARQ-ACK, obtains a DL downlink assignment index (DL DAI) in the DL-GRANT, and determines a mapping value of each DL DAI. Then, according to the mapping value of the corresponding DL DAI, the HARQ-ACK bit of each HARQ feedback unit is mapped to a corresponding bit of a feedback bit sequence. According to the method and apparatus provided by the present disclosure, useless HARQ-ACK bits may be effectively removed, and efficiency for feeding back HARQ-ACK may be increased. As such, a downlink peak rate of a UE is ensured.
Abstract:
The present disclosure discloses cache-based data transmission methods and apparatuses. The method is implemented as follows. An apparatus where a caching node is located reports a caching capability to a network side, and the caching node is configured to cache data. The network side sends a cache indicating parameter to the apparatus where the caching node is located, and maintains a data list. Wherein, the cache indicating parameter is configured to control the caching node to cache the data which has the property of high repetition probability and/or high cache utilization, and the data list is a list of the data cached in the caching node. When the caching node has cached data requested by a UE, the UE obtains the requested data from the caching node.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of radio communications, and particularly to a method and apparatus for processing activation/deactivation of inter-eNodeB carrier aggregation. Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for processing activation/deactivation of inter-eNodeB carrier aggregation, comprising the steps of: receiving, by UE, an MAC CE for activation/deactivation of an SCell sent by a master eNodeB or a secondary eNodeB; determining, by the UE, the corresponding SCell; and performing, by the UE, activation/deactivation to the corresponding SCell according to the indication information in the MAC CE for activation/deactivation.
Abstract:
Examples of the present disclosure describe a method for setting up local breakout bearers, including: sending, by a master base station (MeNB), an IP address of a local gateway (LGW) corresponding to a neighbor base station; receiving, by the MeNB, correlation identifier information associated with the LGW; wherein the correlation identifier information comprises a tunnel number indicating a local breakout bearer is to be set up; forwarding, by the MeNB, the correlation identifier information; and setting up, by the neighbor base station, the local breakout bearer with the LGW according to the correlation identifier information. Examples of the present disclosure also describe another method for setting up local breakout bearers and a device corresponding to the method. When the technical scheme described in various examples of the present disclosure is employed, the service local breakout is supported in the small cell architecture, therefore the load on the core network backhaul can be reduced, the throughput of user data can be improved, and the data loss can be avoided.
Abstract:
The present application discloses a switch supporting method comprising: an eNB sends a path switching request message to an MME to notify the MME of information on a bearer remaining unchanged; the MME reserves the bearer remaining unchanged and does not trigger a deactivation process for the bearer remaining unchanged; the MME sends a modify bearer request message to an SGW. With the present application, data loss can be avoided and service continuity is ensured when a UE moves in a small cell scenario.
Abstract:
By the method of the present invention, the automatic adjustment of mobility parameter between different frequencies or different access systems becomes available and can be supported in the case of the self-optimization of mobile load balance and the self-optimization of mobile robustness, so as to improve the performance of mobile communication system.
Abstract:
A communication method is provided. The communication method includes receiving, by a Mobile Management Entity (MME), information accessed by a User Equipment (UE) through a Relay Node (RN), and sending, by the MME, a Tracing Region Identification (TAI) list of an RN cell where the UE is located to the UE. A network device and an access network device are further provided. By sending a TAI list of an RN cell to the UE, when TAI(s) of the cell are contained in the TAI list of the relatively stationary UE, the UE does not need to initiate an uplink TAU process, and thereby unnecessary signaling and network jamming can be reduced, and at the same time, paging efficiency and network performance can be improved.
Abstract:
A method for handover of User Entity (UE) by a source Base Station (BS) is provided. The method includes determining whether to handover the UE using an X2 interface, transmitting a handover request message to a target BS, the handover request message including Closed Subscriber Group (CSG) information of the target BS, and receiving a handover request acknowledgement message from the target BS, wherein the determining of whether to handover the UE using the X2 interface includes, if there is the X2 interface between the source BS and the target BS, and if the target BS does not support a CSG or the target BS supports a same CSG supported by the source BS, determining to perform the handover of the UE using the X2 interface, and obtaining the CSG information of the target BS through an X2 interface set up procedure.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a pre-5th-Generation (5G) or 5G communication system to be provided for supporting higher data rates Beyond 4th-Generation (4G) communication system such as Long Term Evolution (LTE). An apparatus implements a method for self-configuration and self-optimization. A method for operating a base station (BS) in a wireless communication network comprises transmitting a message including information on coverage modification indicating whether the message is for pre-notification of cell re-configuration, to another BS, and receiving an acknowledgement message from the another BS.
Abstract:
The method for establishing a connection by a HNB comprising operations of: the HNB transmitting an “attachment request” message to an operation and maintenance center (OMC); the OMC transmitting an “attachment response” message to the MB; the HNB establishing a connection with an MME indicated by the “attachment response” message. With the method proposed, a UE can switch between HNBs in the same CSG through interface X2. Meanwhile, such information as the radio resource management and so on can be exchanged between two HNBs.
