    摘要： After a vehicle-mounted unit determines that a vehicle has entered a toll chargeable area, if communication is determined to be allowable through a flag, communication operations are performed and after finishing communication operations, the flag is set and communication operations thereafter are prohibited. Next, the unit determines if a travel distance has exceeded a toll chargeable distance. The travel distance is measured by counting the number of vehicular speed pulses received after the end of the communication operations, and the toll chargeable distance is set to be equal or greater than the travel distance needed by the vehicle to enter the communication area and leave it. If it is determined that travel distance has exceeded toll chargeable distance, the flag is reset, communication prohibition is released and communication thereafter is allowed.

    摘要： In a document feeder, documents are contained on a document rest in a stacked state. These documents are sequentially transported to a specified exposure region on a table glass member of a copying machine by a feeder and transporter and are then exposed. The documents are then discharged again onto the document rest. The documents are thereby circulated for copying. When the documents are small in number, the documents are not discharged until a copying operation of a necessary number of sheets is completed, and the documents are moved back and forth for exposure between a transport path of the feeder and the transporter. This design enables the time required for copying a small number of documents to be shortened.

    摘要： A blade cooling construction comprising a cylindrical hollow and a nozzle, both of which are defined in and by the blade. The hollow and nozzle create a vortex of cooling gas introduced into the blade, which gas whirls about the axis of the hollow by tangentially injecting the cooling gas into the hollow through the nozzle. A portion of the cooling gas is lowered in temperature, and the other portion is raised in temperature. The lower temperature cooling gas is introduced first to a central portion of the blade height which is higher in temperature than the remaining portions of the blade. The higher temperature cooling gas is introduced to a lower temperature portion of the blade.

The grommet is inserted to an aperture of a car body panel after a wire harness is passed through and attached to the funnel shaped portion and the tubular portion, and a body latch groove provided on the external circumferential surface of the funnel shaped portion is latched to the car body panel. An extended tubular portion is provided that projects from the tubular portion, and extends inside the funnel shaped portion. A plurality of ribs is provided on an external circumferential surface of the extended tubular portion. The ribs include type one ribs having grooves on both surfaces of an element linking the rib to the extended tubular portion, and a type two rib having no groove.
