    摘要: A room temperature curable rubber composition of a condensation curing type that comprises as a base polymer a diorganopolysiloxane or a polyoxyalkylene in which both ends of the molecular chain are blocked with a hydrolyzable silyl group, and a carbonyl compound, an amino group containing organic compound, and an .alpha.,.beta.-unsaturated carbonyl compound that are blended with the base polymer. Since the room temperature curable rubber composition is cured with water in the air and at the same time the dehydration condensation of the carbonyl group and the amino group produces water in the composition, the quick curability and deep curability are improved remarkably.

    摘要: A condensation-curing type curable composition which comprises a diorganopolysiloxane or polyoxyalkylene blocked by hydrolyzable silyl group at both terminal ends of its molecular chain as a base polymer, in which a carbonyl group-containing organic compound and an amino group-containing organic compound are compounded. This composition is capable of forming water through dehydration condensation between carbonyl and amino groups, simultaneously with curing of the composition by moisture in air. The formation of water offers marked improvements in fast-curing property and also in depth curing property.

    摘要: A room temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition capable of giving a highly oil-resistant cured silicone rubber is disclosed. The composition comprises, as the essential ingredients, a hydroxy-terminated diorganopolysiloxane, an iminoxysilane compound as a crosslinking agent, an organotin compound as a catalyst and, as an oil-resistance improver, a combination of zinc carbonate and zinc hydroxide in a powdery form of which the content of zinc hydroxide is, different from conventional basic zinc carbonate, 5 to 50% by weight. By virtue of this unique ingredient, the composition is also advantageous in respect of the high storage stability.

    摘要: A room temperature fast-curing organopolysiloxane composition which has excellent fast curability as well as deep curability is provided without using an organic compound having C═O group and the organic compound having NH2 group which are the volatile components. A method for curing such composition is also provided. The room temperature fast-curing organopolysiloxane composition comprises: (A) 100 parts by weight of a diorganopolysiloxane having both ends terminated with hydroxy group and/or a hydrolyzable group; (B) 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a silane and/or a siloxane having at least 3 alkenoxysilyl groups in its molecule and being capable of forming a compound having —NH2 group by hydrolysis; (C) 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a silane and/or a siloxane having at least 3 aminosilyl groups in its molecule and being capable of forming a compound having —NH2 group by hydrolysis; and (D) 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a curing catalyst.

    摘要: A room temperature curable organopolysiloxane composition is provided. The composition comprises (I) an organopolysiloxane which is a condensation product of component (A) (an organopolysiloxane comprising R3SiO1/2 unit and SiO4/2 unit and containing 0.02 to 0.12 mol/100 g of hydroxy group bonded to the silicon atom) and component (B) (a diorganopolysiloxane raw rubber having hydroxy group on opposite ends thereof), (II) an organosilane compound having at least 2 hydrolyzable groups bonded to the silicon atom on average per molecule, and/or its partial hydrolytic condensate, (III) a solvent, and (IV) a silica nano particle having its surface modified by a branch structure. The composition is capable of providing a high strength film without incorporating reinforcement fillers, with no curing inhibition by the inorganic nano particles, and without inhibiting gas separation performance realized by the inorganic nano particles.

    摘要: Provided is a room temperature-curable, heat-conductive silicone rubber composition, including: (A) a diorganopolysiloxane with both molecular chain terminals blocked with hydroxyl groups and/or organooxy groups, (B) a heat-conductive filler other than a palladium powder, (C) an organosilane containing two or more hydrolyzable groups, and/or a partial hydrolysis-condensation product thereof, and (D) a palladium powder. The composition improves on the drawbacks of the conventional technology, is able to suppress the quantity of hydrogen gas produced from the heat-conductive filler, exhibits superior storage properties, and yields a low-hardness cured product upon curing. The cured product is useful as a heat-conductive material for a heat-generating electronic component.
