    摘要: A method produces a plastic cylinder head cover having an oil control valve holder as an integral part thereof by insert molding. The method includes a step of setting the oil control valve holder in one of a pair of molds that can approach and separate from each other; and a step of clamping the pair of molds and injecting plastic material. In the step of injecting plastic material, the oil control valve holder is set in the one mold with an insert pin being inserted in a hole thereof.Another a method produces a plastic cylinder head cover having an oil control valve holder as an integral part thereof by insert molding. The oil control valve holder includes a mounting surface on which it is mounted to a cylinder head, a hole oriented along an axis inclined to a plane direction of the mounting surface, and two faces containing open ends of the hole. The method includes a step of setting the oil control valve holder in one of a pair of molds that can approach and separate from each other; and a step of clamping the pair of molds and injecting plastic material. In the step of injecting plastic material, the oil control valve holder is set in the one mold with an abutment insert being abutted against the mounting surface near one of the two faces having a larger area than the other.

    摘要: A manufacturing device for a synthetic resin hollow molded body molds a first split assembly member, a second split assembly member, and a third split assembly member by a first injection, and joints each of contact portions of the three members with a corresponding contact portion by a second injection. The manufacturing device includes an ejecting mechanism which moves the second split assembly member in a die opening/closing direction, a rotating mechanism which rotates the third split assembly member around a shaft center in the die opening/closing direction, and a sliding mechanism which slides the second split assembly member and the third split assembly member in a direction perpendicular to the die opening/closing direction. According to the manufacturing device, while the dies are open after the first injection, the three members are made different by the ejecting mechanism, and then the three members are made to face one another by the rotation mechanism and the sliding mechanism in the die opening/closing direction.

    摘要: A vehicle motion control device reduces noise resulting from operation of a vacuum booster when an automatic pressure control is performed by properly controlling the energization of a linear solenoid of a booster actuator. An automatic hydraulic pressure generator is controlled in accordance with the vehicle motion condition and a hydraulic pressure control valve device is controlled to perform the automatic pressure control. A target electric current of the linear solenoid for actuating the vacuum booster is instantaneously increased to a starting target value which corresponds to an electric current value immediately before starting the operation of the vacuum booster and which is less than a maximum value of the target electric current, and then is gradually increased approximately to the maximum value of the target electric current.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to an anti-skid control system for controlling a braking force applied to road wheels including driven wheels of an electrically operated vehicle which has an electrical motor for driving the driven wheels. A hydraulic braking pressure is supplied to each wheel brake cylinder through an actuator. The actuator is controlled by a braking force controller into which output signals of wheel speed sensors are fed. A band-pass filter is provided for passing the wheel speeds of the driven wheels having an oscillation property within a predetermined band of frequencies, out of the wheel speeds detected by the wheel speed sensors. And, a coefficient of friction of a road is estimated to be relatively low when the output of the band-pass filter is in a predetermined range of frequencies. The hydraulic braking pressure in each wheel brake cylinder is controlled by the braking force controller in accordance with the estimated coefficient of friction and in response to the wheel speeds detected by the wheel speed sensors, thereby to control the braking force applied to each road wheel.
